very pleasant restaurant right on the ski slope in the Grandhotel with a varied menu. the spare ribs and the unbelievable coleslaw with broccoli and red cabbage are particularly tasty and highly recommended. the quality of the steak is also worth mentioning. you can watch the chefs in the open kitchen at their very clean work. the service is attentive and helpful. clear recommendation

Their buffet breakfast was really good. A great variety of food items were offered all in a very good quality. It’s worth the price. Incomparable with any other option available on the village. Will go there again for sure.

Mothers day brunch was not what I expected, they could have offered the mom's, a small flower or special dessert. We drove over an hour to get there and the food was satisfactory. The server Becky was very nice.

If they had posted the price anywhere, I would have likely advised our group to go find a place in the village for breakfast. $28. We went here for the breakfast buffet the morning we were leaving the hotel. The food was not great. Cold hard bennies, lackluster pancakes, and bread pudding. The fruit was fine. Orange juice was bottomless, which was a highlight. Would not go here again. We stopped at three other restaurants in the village yesterday, and all of them were fantastic. I guess we were due for a dud.

We ate here for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was top notch-amazing! I had the blackened cod with coconut sauce and my husband had the chicken scampi. Both were superb! Breakfast offered a buffet that had what you’d expect from a breakfast buffet. We did have some delicious things like smoked salmon also with breakfast. We felt the buffet was too costly for the selection, however it was very convenient. Staff were friendly and dinner was so amazing that we’ll be back for sure!

We gave it a good go after having a bad experience the first stay (rude kitchen staff but it was a long weekend and crazy so we let it go...but then got sick from the food at dinner and not one manager got back to us when we reported it even though an email told us they would).So we tried again a few weeks later. Unfortunately we faced an even worse experience with the kitchen staff (hubby asked a question politely and she looked at him, then WALKED AWAY without even responding...when he approached her to ask her if that was a no...she then rudely said no and walked away AGAIN...wow guys...really?!!) We wanted to get up and leave right then and there. But the waitress was nice so we stayed.The breakfast buffet was decent but the eggs were a very odd unpleasant texture and it was definitely basic motel type offerings.At the dinner that we got sick at my food was dry, pretty gross, and the ceaser salad smelled really bad (pretty sure that's what got us sick). I felt sick after eating there the second try again as well, so no thanks. Never again.Way overpriced as well for sure. The pizza across the street was better. So was the Mexican place up the village way.They have a lot of work to do with service and food.

Came to enjoy a lunch on my own as my daughter was up on the hill. I had the spicy meat pizza (i cant remember what it was called). It was delicious. The crust was to die for and the dough just perfect. I could probably eat the pizza sauce out of a bucket. I cant believe i ate the whole thing myself!My waitress was very nice and polite! Will definitely come back next time i am in the area!

Had the cod. The fish was stiff on the bottom and not really seasoned. The roasted veg was however very flavourful. Other people in my party had better experiences on different days. I also thought it was strange that I couldn't order from the dining menu at the bar. Luckily for me they made an exception". The photo is after I messed it up a little. The plating was excellent."

Went for Mother's Day brunch. I thought the tables could have been dressed up a bit more for the occasion. Maybe a flower for the moms. For a $40 buffet I thought the food was mediocre and dried out. The food was not very hot. A piece of chicken and cheese noodles were the highlight. The best thing I had was a croissant. To automatically add 18% gratuity to the bill, I felt it wasnt earned. I would not recommend this restaurant.
