Went in for the first time ever and the lady on shift ( I think she was Scottish.. or Welsh? UK accent for sure! Apologies if I'm way off) was beyond lovely and helpful! Super friendly and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and patience. Good customer service these days is very rare and she was an amazing example of customer service. Not pushy, very friendly and informative.

I used to work here, it was all great and friendly. We had a great manager, great team of good associates and commissions were competitive. It was until we hired a new manager and everything became about selling, selling and selling. This technique of my manager pushing me to push more sales pushed away all my established long term customers including my friends away from coming to the store. As time went by, I noticed less and less loyal customers continued shopping. The truth is, the prices are generally higher than local supplement stores compared to how big GNC is. Also the approach shouldnt be about pushing customers to buy supplements they don't need to make their daily target goal, but instead establishing a good relationship between customers to earn their loyalty to shop more often. My personal advice is to support the local supplement store because you never know how much the owners are suffering compared to giving business to the big corporation company such as GNC.

I just had an awesome experience at this location! The consultant was incredibly knowledgable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I went in knowing next to nothing about work-out supplements and left with all of my questions answered :)

I recently tried Trubrain and fell in love. It's a great staple in my everyday morning routine!

Went in recently and there was a lady who I assume is the manager that is the pushiest yet least helpful sales lady I’ve ever met. It was evident she didn’t care about what I was looking for, she just wanted to sell more products regardless if I already had it or already said I didn’t want it. I’d recommend trying other stores in the area as they have way better prices, products and staff!

Had a wonderful experience today at GNC, the saleswoman was excellent! You can certainly tell she knows her stuff. I had originally gone in for one product, but ended up leaving with another. When I got home I checked out reviews and compared them and it is very clear I went home with the superior product. So thank you very much GNC for the amazing service and helpful advice!
