Honestly the slowest lab I have ever been to. You walk in and it says 10 minutes to wait and you still sit there for over half an hour. If you have an appointment, same thing. The staff stands talking and wandering around, and they have no one sitting in chairs.

I went in for blood work. Booked my appointment for 5pm, the place closes at 7pm. The lady at the front said I would need to be there for 2 hours so I couldn’t be seen that day. Fine.. I booked at a later date at a different location for 1pm in the afternoon (took the afternoon off work so I wouldn’t be turned away again) went to Westgrove Dynalife.. I only needed to be in the clinic for one hour.. I don’t know why the lady at callingwood wouldn’t see me.. what a waste of my time.

I booked an appointment. I was taken for testing a few minutes late but I was in no rush. I highly recommend the lady that tested me in seat 5. Very professional, I didn't feel a thing during the blood draw and no I'll after effects. I highly recommend the lady in seat 5. Well done!

If you are looking to get you blood work done here except 1 to 2 hours wait due to the unprofessionalism and inefficiency of how the clinic runs.I waited an hour to get a text that they're ready for me. Then when I came in I waited another hour before they saw me.Then they started taking my information which took another 10 minutes. I have no idea why that receptionist couldn't have done that when I was waiting for an hour.this is not an off day at that clinic. It's not the first time I've experienced this with them.

I saw other people's comments saying that wait times were over an hour for blood work... my appointment was at 2:05 I walked out at 2:15! Both of the employees were wonderful the guy doing my blood work told me a funny story it was great !

I was waiting in line and a women walked in after me and the administration women told me to get back in line to help the women behind me first. Then my name was skipped by 7 ppl who came after me just regular walk-ins. The BIG grumpy Filipino women gave a bruise when she stabbed the needle so be aware of that one. Felt like I was in a concentration camp. Quoted 30 min waited 82 mins. What a joke this place is. I wish I could pay for privatized service, at least then id be treated like a human being.

Just went in today and was in and out with no appointment in 10 minutes. All the staff were warm and friendly. Loved the two ladies that took blood and recorded. They were super sweet. Great visit. Will always use this location.

Wonderful location, staff are polite, courteous and very good at what they do. I get blood tests done regularly and with an appointment I’m out of there quickly, and I rarely feel a thing from the blood taking. Make an appointment, wear a mask going inside and just don’t give them a hard time and you’ll have no issues. People leaving bad reviews complaining of wait times need to realized you should make an appointment and walk-ins can be long sometimes. And that this is MEDICAL place of work, they are there to help with your health issues that’s it.

I'm giving them for cause no one is perfect, I'm very hard to get blood from.They manage to get it fairly quick.As for waiting I never had to wait long.They're polite and nice. No problems
