I have been working with Iriny for approximately six months and she has helped me so much! She is patient and has provided me with so many teachable moments, she’s very knowledgeable. I’ve been to other therapists in the past but had left after a couple sessions due to a lack of connection. She has helped with me with finding my voice, anxiety & managing stress.

I first came to Iriny, over a year ago after some big life changes. I continue to see Iriny for support. She is kind, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The best way to describe our sessions is like being given a warm blanket to wrap around you to comfort you. Specifically she has helped with my anxiety and day to day challenges.

Iriny is a fantastic therapist who really takes the time to understand your needs and who helps you break your issues down into manageable pieces. She knows when to push a little to bring forth breakthroughs and shows great empathy when needed. Her home-based office is cozy and comfortable making your session feel less clinical.
