We booked an all inclusive vacation to El Dorado Seasuite Suite Infinity, Riveria Maya, with Katharine. We were very happy with the entire process and trip. Katharine helped us secure travel insurance and documents needed to travel during Covid. The trip went smoothly with a little hiccup at the end, which ended up resolving itself. El Dorado Seaside is a large resort, a bit too big in our opinion, the front main lobby is very far away, like a 10 minute golf cart ride, my favourite bar was there, which is why I wished it was closer lol! Try the flowerpot drink if you do go as well as the coconut creme brulee!! The resort is actually 2 resorts Infinity and Palms. There is a golf cart to transfer between the 2 resorts, but really they are like a 4 minute walk, so we walked most times. The infinity rooms all have swim out rooms (all 6 floors!)and are all oceanview. They consist of 2 buildings with 6 floors, the top floor being the honeymoon suites. We booked this room as we were told the water on our swim out balcony would be warmer, which it was. The room was beautiful as was the ocean front view! The swim out was nice too. The Palms side are smaller 2 story buildings spread out, some with ocean view, some with garden view. The staff are excellent, always smiling and willing to please. The food is good, although I wish there were more restaurants on the Infinity side. You do have access to all the restaurants on both the Infinity and Palms. The beach is much better on the palms side, but good luck finding a day bed. We never had an issue getting a day bed on the Infinity side, the beach just isn't walkable and is small. We went snorkeling off the Infinity beach and saw lots of fish, including a sting ray! Including with the honeymoon suite is a dinner on the beach. It was nice, but I wouldn't of paid for it. The food was good, but just like the rest. Overall I would return and would recommend.
