It was great experience and for the first time I tasted the Caramel one. It was a big line after us. They were doing great. Fast, clean & nice service.

Out of the 3 staffs there, only one was really working. The other two where chatting with a client" (probably a friend from high school. The line was about 6 people; it took around 10 min to be on number 2. Then they just said that we have to wait 15-20 for the next batch of pretzels. Forget it. I will buy something somewhere else."

Very bad service, employees very rude for no reason. They play loud music, can't even hear the customers and then they make mistakes and blame the costumers. Very arrogant, they need to get better employees than these very young girls with no manners.

I never had such a BAD service in my life. Employees were laughing together instead of preparing the orders. Plus they were DISRESPECTFUL and ARROGANT you guys should have more competent and respectful employees.

Asked the girl if she could just cut in half my pretzel cuz it’s too big just to eat it like that. She responded « we can’t do that it’s our policy. » I mean … I’m just asking you to cut it … simple as that.But I guess the owner is too greedy by thinking customers might share with someone else. That’s pathetic.

Went to go get something for a child. The guy was quite rude and trying to discourage us from getting anything by saying it will take 15-20 mins for everything with a bitter face and rude attitude in response to a polite and simple question. Won’t come back for sure!

I went there today at 11am, the cashier so worst no nice to take care the customer. I bought 4 Cheese & 2 Caramel, I want the Caramel separate not on the top of the pretzel (In the small pack) She can not push the bottles of the Caramel & she give to me only a bit & only 1 cup.. Actually my order is 2 Caramel. Very disappointed, NEVER buy there anymore.
