Gonzales Hill Regional Park
Gorgeous view of the coast from residential neighborhood. The three view points visited and in walking distances from each other are: an closed astronomy building (weather station), pointy plaque commemorating shipping trade route, and a viewing plate form.The Park seems to be a fav amongst locals. There are stones, rocks, and mud holes for some parts of the paths so wear good footwear.

You can see the good broad view at this park but you may be disappointed if you think the highest point of the park is high in altitude.
