Inside Out Tea Loft
Wow one of the best BBT I've ever had. Generally all milk teas taste the same to me but their roasted milk tea is sooo flavourful and delicious. Their brown sugar pearls are great. We were amazed at the quality of their cups. Great service. The prices are also decent compared to other places. Would defn come here again.

ordered the dalgona coffee with brown sugar pearls, taro milk tea, and roasted milk tea with regular pearls - overall very good and amazing house made pearls !!the dalgona coffee with the brown sugar pearls tasted like korean coffee milk (HIGHLY recommend) but the roasted milk tea was a bit more milky than I normally like. otherwise, the cups were incredibly high quality and the price is very good compared to chains or other smaller shops

Bubble tea was quite good. Size is smaller than other bubble tea shops. But their bubble tea cups are reusable - thicker than other bubble tea shops. You don't have to punch the cup. It has a lid that's got a hole big enough for the straw.

I had a very good experience here for the first time. The service was amazing and the drinks were very tasty!! I definitely recommend!!I had the strawberry tea latte with sago and purple yam. the Assam tea latte with Taro, grass jelly, and substituted with oat milk!! I will definitely go here again if I am ever in the area!! ☺️ also added the milk cap topping as well!!! DELICIOUS!!!

We got their tiramisu brown sugar milk tea, and it was not bad! It was a bit lukewarm when we got it, so the taste isn't super specular. We got their large size too, though I think it is smaller than a standard large size" boba

They make their own pearls and their drinks are delicious - it's pretty much the only place we go for bubble tea. I wish they let you bring your own recyclable cups - that's really the only negative I can think of.

Inside Out Tea Loft
Had , not one , but two cups of (A3) Brown Sugar Bubble Milk tea , my favourite , it's that good. Best one I have ever had in the YVR area , and perhaps the Pacific NW in general . When this classic flavour is done right , you would know every other flavour in this shop is worth a try . The amazingly good bubble jelly are handcrafted by the shop and serve only on the same day they are made . Would love to see more shops around town with that kind of dedication for excellence .

I have never went to a bubble tea place so much to the point where I’m automatically recognized upon entry. Not only are the employees so sweet and kind, their bubble tea is probably my all-time favorite in metro Vancouver. I always get the mango milk smoothie with sago, especially on hot, sunny days. During the winter, my go-to order is a warm, brown sugar matcha latte. Whenever I was stressed out with school, I’d always find my way to this store.Also, their tapioca pearls are SO GOOD. The texture is soft and chewy, but not too chewy. Just perfect. I always make it a note to introduce anyone I know to this amazing place, and as far as I’m concerned, they love it too!

This has been my favourite bubble tea place for a long time! The brown sugar boba is the best I’ve ever had. The workers are incredibly nice and even gave us a sample of the roasted milk tea!

Ordered the purple sweet potato boba milk tea - sweetness level was lovely (although I would’ve preferred a touch more sugar), pearls had good chewiness and texture, and milk tea was more milk than tea. Loved the marbled colors of the drink but overall nothing crazy unique about this location
