Way better the napa in town. Broke down and needed a belt and they were a huge help finding an odd ball of a belt. Napa didn't have a clue on which one I needed.

First choice for quality parts at reasonable price. If you don't care about spending more for same , then go to the other parts store in town. Of all parts I've needed I call the other and then I call here, and usually always noticably lower cost here.

Wife bought me a fluid transfer pump that didn't work, drained as much oil as i could.Owner must have assumed I used it to complete my job and tried to return it.WRONG!!!!Instead it didn't work, and i was at home cleaning the garage floor, and having a shower from this poor quality tool that was purchased.Meanwhile the refusal to return agrument had lead to my wife running from the store crying. Only then did the owner follow her outside and accept the return.But not without the 15% restocking fee! Which i would have gladly covered in the 1st place, like the company policy states, to rid my life of this $90 junker pump.Took it to the back cleaned it and said it works. Not sure what he was trying to pump but it sure wasn't 75w-90 gear oil like the box claims it does.Now I am still with out a pump and an empty diff. 13.50 paid to make a mess and had to order off amazon anyway.Next time I'll just shop amazon and save the hassle of going local. Rockauto already handles all my part needs with 3 day shipping and low mark ups without needing a friends and family account or shop rate.
