For me, the courteous, friendly and prompt communications from Kelly is what made me choose Fast Signs. Along with the clear diagram with the choices based on the description I gave Kelly. The illustration was very clear with sizes and pricing. I had received quotes from 3 other suppliers that were all within $5 for the exact same order.
