Well, I was in hurry and took a lunch for myself today on 22nd June around 1’oclock. I ordered Habanero crispy chicken bowl with mocha small ice cap and one cookie. After eating that, I didn’t feel good at all and within 10 min I felt sick and had vomit. Might be the food was not fresh, I’m feeling disappointed. Still I’m not feeling good. Having stomach pain and vomitings.

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in Canada... even compared to Aramark run restsurants. The staff can't even keep 2 tills running, and the food takes forever. I've waited 15 minutes minimum to get something that should take maybe 2. Fire that entire group of staff and rehire people who actually take pride in their work.

Asked for honey mustard in my sandwich. I had to remind them several times it's not regular mustard. I was told they didn't have any, so I asked for Chipotle instead, which they said they had. Then they put ranch on my sandwich. I brought it back, and they threw the sandwich in the gardbage before making me a new one. This place can't get a single order correct, they must waste a ridiculous amount of food. I won't support this location any longer.

WORST tim's EVER!! Terribly managed, no communication between staff, untrained staff, extreme language barrier. Tim Hortons needs to wake up and support their staff with proper training and managment!!

Worst Tim's in town. Went to get a tea and doughnut. Walked in and place was completely full in the sitting area with a couple people in line. As I was ordering two firemen came in followed by two paramedics. They went over to the seating area and that is when I noticed that there was a man laying on the floor either OD or dead. The paramedics started working on the man when I was leaving and no one else was doing a thing. The people where just sitting there watching and eating. The Manager did not even have the decency to stop new customer from entering and ordering. The least the staff could have done is clear the area and close the doors so no new customers could come in. Will never be going back to this location.

I wish I could give no stars if I could. I rolled up to the Tim Horton's at 9:17pm, no response at drive through. Pull up to window, knock on window, employee mopping floor with headphones on who looks surprises comes to window opens them and stares at me. I respond, I would like to order some Coffee?"

Ordered a large cappuccino and a medium latte. Received a large latte and a medium drip coffee with milk.I've been getting large cappuccino from Timmies on regular basis, few times a week from different locations over last few years, so yeah i kinda know how it is supposed to taste like (literally the only coffee i get from Tim's)I returned the wrong drink and asked for the correct one instead and received another latte along with the bad attitude from the staff member and i presume supervisor.I understand that mistakes happen but there is no reason to be rude to a customer. Extremely disappointing and definitely never going back to that particular location.

I went there at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Their google listing says store closes at 11pm. I was in the drive thru and sign was still lit up and I sat there. I finally drove up to the window and knocked a female staff on the far side of the restaurant yelled Were closed! Not impressed at all being a long term Tim Hortons customer. If the store is going to close early, TURN THE LIGHTED DRIVE THRU SIGN OFF! and Update your hours on Google!

Got a wrap today took extra long time just to get my doughnut and pop then I had to wait for my wrap which I seen the person lift the grill press and it exploded she then instead of making a new one proceeded to put it back together I figure must not be that bad. The person who works there hands it to me with her wrists pressed against it since her gloves are filthy and when I get to my bus is exploded in middle not even edible and cold. Not my first bad experience but hopefully one of the last, there is a couple good workers at this location if your lucky enough to get them when you go it can be a good experience
