Worst costumer service I've ever gotten. Salesman got extremely rude when I told him I didn't want to buy a bed there due to his attitude.

We have just moved to New Brunswick from Ontario, and we were looking for a place to buy a proper, high-quality mattress for our master bedroom. We found Snoozy's through Google, and could not be any happier with the prompt email response, insightful information and great in-person service by the owner himself. He knew exactly what we were looking for within seconds, made the right suggestions and we were sold. It customer service of the highest calibre. Best of all, these people are local and have been in business for years. My wife and I could not be happier with the service that was provided and are glad to support this wonderful business. Recently went shopping around Saint John for a new mattress. I have mild scoliosis which makes it very difficult to sleep on most mattresses and as a result, my choices are usually quite limited. After visiting several stores, I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped at this location. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Once the staff learned that I had scoliosis, they asked me several questions to ensure the mattress I was choosing would offer the best support for my back. I absolutely love my new mattress and had the luxury of having the best sleep I’ve had in years. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone in need of a mattress. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I totally would!

I can’t even give them a one star. I’m new to Saint John and I went to furniture shopping few days ago. I stopped at Snoozy Mattress place to buy a whole bed set for my new apartment. As soon as get in to the store young tall gentleman walked to me and welcomed me. I didn’t have any idea about any details about mattress sizes and all. So I spoke to this tall blonde hair gentleman asking help for my questions. I was giving my measurements and he was saying you go and check yourself and let me know if there is any questions and he said everything has a price tag. As a first time buyer I didn’t have any idea how these mattress thing works and how rails and this and that works and what is difference between spring and foam mattresses. I was expecting he will guide and show us everything what we need according to our measurements and it was only me and my friend there by the time. Instead of doing that, he was standing by the counter and staring on us doing nothing. He needs improve his sales skills and attitude. I don’t know he has any racial bias but he sales attitudes were unacceptable. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR ATTITUDE, otherwise you will loose lot of sales. I’m not here to brag my self out but I have 10 years sales experiences and I never treat any of my customers this way. Luckily we stopped at Leons and they helped us top to bottom and we got delivered our stuff today.

Although initially I had an issue with a purchase made, the owner, Dan rectified it and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Because of him, I recommend his business and I will be returning!

Snoozy's made me feel like they were trying to help me sleep better and not just sell me a product to get a commission. Staff is very nice and listened to my needs (I was in there purchasing a mattress for my mother) and there was no pressure to buy right now. I left the store, visited the other place in town and drove right back here within 10 minutes to complete the purchase. Totally different shopping experience. I agree with no name"
