Its the only movie theater in the area and has been for a very long time . Its a small theater but fancy . Its got a upscale lounge food area .its got the traditional movie food concession stand. The seats are decent comfy . There is Starbucks here too .

Great small theater, no kids, adults only as they have a bar and serve alcohol so you can have a glass of wine before or after:) only complaint would be the theater chairs arent the most comfortable, ive been in nicer seating in the VIP theaters.

A great theatre experience. I’m not sure why Cineplex doesn’t roll out alcohol to all their theatres, but this is the only VIP location near downtown. Plus they have more arty selections.

This theater has its own charm. You can see that the audience is truly art movie fans.As it is adults only setting, you can enjoy some alcohol beverage while appreciating the beauty of those movies.

Great movie theater! It has a good movie selection and overall it has a nice atmosphere, also it is one of the few movie theaters that sells alcohol so if that's your vibe go ahead!

I love this place. Everyone here is always very nice. The seats are very comfortable, but the best part is the movie selection. They always bring more cult movies. A nice change from all the same blockbusters available everywhere else.

Peaceful movie movie theater. I highly recommend if you want a goto a movie threater with no kids. Each seat was comfortably space and you can recline without worrying about hitting the person behind you. Parking can be challenging. Parents make sure to leave your children at home. This is 19+ only movie threater.

Don’t sit in the balcony nor eat the food!1) sitting in the theatre 3 balcony you can clearly hear a near by door opening/closing regularly. Very distracting.2) I thought I’d try the food on a recent trip. Got the nachos with chicken. Easily the worst nachos I’ve ever had and they cost $203) the actual movie experience is fine. I prefer theatres with the big recliner seats but these are lacking in Vancouver. So I come here less than I would otherwise. M

I frequently visit the theater on weekends to catch the final screenings of movies. It's an excellent venue to watch new releases without the presence of children. One of the perks is that you can enjoy a drink while watching the movie. The staff has always been kind and accommodating. As for the popcorn, it's decent. Admittedly, there are a few seats that squeak, and the cleanliness might not be on par with your own home (although I must say, I've witnessed the cleaning crew efficiently tidy up the balcony in just 2 minutes!). However, if you're looking to relax, indulge in some snacks, and immerse yourself in a great movie for a couple of hours, it more than meets expectations.

Longest line ups for concession. Even if ur 5-10 mins early. U will miss the previews. Small theaters. Crappie seats. Min selection of movies. Parking bad.
