I had come into the store just to browse, but luckily I was helped out by Devante. I did not even know what I was looking for, but she helped me decide the right vacuum suitable for my specific needs. I am so grateful that Devante answered all of my questions and concerns about the vacuums. Even such things as the differences between models which I had no clue about! So many different choices and he made the process as easy as I could have imagined. I would 100% recommend to anybody having a hard time picking a dyson to ask Devante for assistance. Hopefully he can help you all out just as he had helped me.

Had an awesome experience with Blaine and John!Blaine was very knowledgeable with the products and patient with our questions, sold us on a purifier. And John was accommodating by squeezing an appointment in for me to try the air wrap styler and sold me on it as I’ve been thinking on the purchase for over a year but never got a chance to come in and try the product. Thanks Blaine and John!

Fantastic service and price.Popped in with my Dyson V10 - it had a broken part which they fixed on the spot and charged me half the amount that another Calgary repair shop had quoted me. Will definitely be back for maintenance and my next vacuum when the time comes.

Superior vacuums is a 5 star business. My 10 year old Dyson has been completely neglected from any service, ever. For many years I lived with a pet, I’d only ever emptied the canister. I wish I had taken before pictures, I’ll be honest, it was so gross I’d be embarrassed to anyways.Enter Superior Vacuums! My vacuum looks brand new, save the few scuffs from years of service. The price I was quoted upfront was as promised and the resuscitation of my vacuum was very fast (one working day - they are close Sunday’s).My vacuum is back to life and so are my carpets. They look amazing and the terrible eye sore my vacuum once is now my favourite cleaning tool.

The staff at Superior Vacuum were excellent! I needed to rent a vacuum to clean a rental property, we had some issues at first and they were able to resolve the problem quickly and allow me to take the vacuum again to get the job done. I was very pleased to have face-to-face service where I felt like the staff really were trying to be helpful.

Originally called them in for maintenance on a central vacuum system that was not working in our newly purchased house. They were fantastic at walking me through what was wrong, and fixing the issues.They suggested taking the machine in for maintenance, at which point they let me know that it was an older model and not in great shape. I went down to the shop and a lovely gentleman very patiently walked me through all the options. He was superb at answering all my questions and letting me try out the systems.I ended up buying a new VacuFlo unit, and they were able to install it the next day! Anas came to install it and was extremely friendly and did amazing, quick work. He also showed me how to replace the faceplates, which I very much appreciated.Overall extremely pleased with my experience, would highly highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and patient customer support took the time to explain the available options, and pros and cons - especially with difficult to find parts for my older model Compact CXL vacuum. The help and advice was much appreciated. And all the parts I ordered were at reasonable prices and more importantly, everything fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

We have dealt with both the North store and the South store and have found the service and the workmanship to be totally beyond what we expected. They even went to bat for us with a manufacturer on a machine that we acquired from elsewhere. We highly recommend Superior Vacuum.

Stopped by this place just in the midst of running errands hoping to pick up a replacement battery for the dead, used Roomba I had just bought.Unfortunately, they didn't have it. However, what they did have was even better.The guy there gave me the fantastic advice to try getting it to charge a few times as those types of batteries have a safety switch" built in when unused for a while.Sure enough
