The rep was unpolite and rude. She was dismissive instead of answering the question in a clear manner. Seemed like she hates her job and hates working there. She also said a comment that was uncalled for and unprofessional.Unfortunately, the reps are the face of the business, so having awful reps in a customer service field is just a bad business decision.

Service Ontario is what you expect from the Government? It’s best to go with the flow.They do no wrong…watch the clock take there long breaks . Come back and have a chit, chat. They wait for their next break and leave 30 minutes early.

This review is partly influenced by the fact that I had to drive 40 minutes in 35C weather to get here, but upon providing the documents to get my car registered, I was informed that the mechanic made a typo in the info on the safety inspection, so I had no other option but to go get that sorted out and then come back. Pretty much exactly the level of unhelpfulness that you would expect from government workers, but that doesn't change my level of disappointment. Such a waste of time.

the person we got assigned to was extremely rude and visibly racist. the second she saw my fathers passport, she refused to work and said that no matter how many times he applies for the photo card, it won’t be issued because the names don’t match. he brought his passport and id from a different province and it would’ve been an easy appointment but indirectly accused my father of faking because his middle name was not included. she made us leave and said we had to bring in more documents to verify his identity and name. she clearly does not know how to work and check. she immediately attacked him without even reading the information which shows she’s very unprofessional. don’t recommend this place to anyone of a different ethnicity other than white.

I must say that prior to my most recent visit today I've usually had a poor experience here but was delighted by the teller I had, Mariah, who got me in and out of there quickly with a copy of my vehicle permit. Unprompted, she mentioned my license plate was up for renewal in the winter so it saved me another trip. We even had a little chuckle and she was very friendly. My boyfriend had a similar experience with another teller. I do see lots of negative reviews here still which is unfortunate considering there seem to be some great workers here who are good at customer service. Thank you for your time!

Utterly useless.I came to get my health card and driver license renewed. The clerk told me it was all done and to expect both cards in the mail in 2-4 weeks. She never renewed my drivers license and I got pulled over and fined for driving without a license.

Stittsville Service Ontario is clean and efficient, and the customer service representatives are competent and friendly. There is also ample free parking. This location is great, especially in comparison to others like the one at Merivale/Slack Road, which always offers up an unpleasant experience while witnessing unending incompetence and waiting for ages. Highly recommend Stittsville!!

Visited three times over past 10 months. First two visits were good as it was simply a renewal of Driver's License and Health Card each time. (I'm giving two stars just because of these good visits)But last visit in mid January was very disappointing. Me and my wife visited to get a Health Card for my wife as she received a letter from IRCC Canada saying her permanent residence application has been approved. That letter is all you need to apply for the heath card per instruction on service Ontario web service. However, we this particular staff refused it by saying we need actual PR Card. Minutes later, I loaded up the instruction page on my phone and showed her that all we need is letter confirming PR approval. But she said What you know is what you know

I only wish I knew that I could have booked an appointment before showing up. However, the lined moved incredibly fast, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes with lovely service.

Awful experience! and totally incompetent. There is a sign saying rude behaviour will not be tolerated but the teller today was very extremely rude and disrespectful. Still quite shaken and taken aback to how i was spoken too by the teller. I called ahead 1800 no. to confirm the resolution to my situation, they told me Stittsville office is a very simple" office to put is nicely. If I they give me trouble to ask them to call the helpline and ask for a manager to explain it to them. Well
