The service at the monogram design centre is like no other. We were looked after by a fellow names Steven which was very informative. We loved the fact that all the appliances are live and most importantly that upstairs they have a cooking centre where you able to use these appliances and actually cook. Amazing!

It's rare that I post a review, and not often that I say something negative about a company, but here goes.....If you're in the market for high end, high quality appliances, GE Monogram is NOT the way to go.Ever since purchasing the appliances, I have experienced a series of ongoing issues with the range hood, dishwasher, and especially the refrigerator.What's equally as frustrating as the problems, is the ability to deal with the company. If you call GE in the United States, they direct you to GE Canada or Mabe...the company that now owns the GE appliance business.While Mabe does have a call centre, it is difficult to escalate issues as their head office staff are almost impossible to contact.I can't speak about other manufacturers, but I can't imagine their quality can be worse than GE Monogram.Since the GE logo is still on the product, I would think that they would ultimately take ownership of any issues, but unfortunately this is not the case.Sadly, it has become clear that the GE brand no longer stands for quality and reliability.

LATEST UPDATE - start by reading the initial review, located under this update:Dec 7, 2021... the saga continues.We phoned GE AGAIN last week as our fridge, once more, started freezing food in the lowest vegetable drawer. We woke up to water leaked all over the kitchen floor and a freezer filled with frozen water. GE continues to refuse to send out a repair person or to replace the appliance, however, this time they did offer to lower the price we would have to dole out to replace the appliance (we would have to pay $4000+) and (after they realized how many views this post has been receiving) they GRACIOUSLY threw in the cost of delivering the appliance, taking the old one away, and installing the new unit. We are still unsatisfied customers considering we have had problems with this appliance since early 2019. We therefore refused their latest offer.Our argument, as per the repair technician's shared information, is that the sealed system is not working as it should due to plastic components that cannot move air throughout this unit efficiently and effectively. Also, the sealed system had been compromised due to the fact that the fan in the freezer was initially installed backwards. Under the Monogram Warranty the sealed system is covered for 12 years, until the year 2028 and still GE refuses to repair at their cost or replace this appliance at no cost to us (see photo below).Read the review below. We can't stress enough ABM - Anything But a Monogram!!I have included photos of our warranty and us having to do a weekly defrost to our $8000+ (2016 price) GE Monogram refrigerator freezer. Pleass note - I have searched many review platforms on the internet and GE refrigerator/freezer appliances, including Monogram, are receiving horrendous reviews all around. Be aware. Do your homework. You don't want to experience this ongoing ordeal.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL POST:No quality control, horrible customer service.We purchased a built-in Monogram French door bottom freezer and have had nothing but problems with this appliance. Within 2 years, problems began. Following over a dozen repairs, it was discovered that this appliance should never have passed quality control. The freezer fan was installed backwards therefore causing our fridge to run hot up above, freezing down below and spoiling food. Our freezer leaked allover our kitchen floor on more than one occasion as the defrost no longer functioned. GE did pay for the repairs but refused to pay for all the food that spoiled and to swap out our existing appliance for another as it is still not running efficiently. I reported our experience to Better Business Bureau and the most GE would do is give us a credit valued at 1/3 our appliance purchase price toward a new appliance. That was a useless endeavour. Save yourself headaches and stress. Our new motto - ABM - ANYTHING BUT a MONOGRAM! As for our appliances purchased from Wolf, OMG, amazing!! Not only were they apologetic about the problems we were experiencing with our dishwasher but they replaced the appliance following the third repair all at their cost. New appliance delivered, installed and old one taken away. Amazing! GE is hell, Wolf is heavenly. If you’re going to fork out this amount of money for an appliance, look to Wolf or other high end manufacturers, not GE.

I recently visited the Toronto Monogram Design Centre because of a recommendation. I was not disappointed. The centre was well appointed, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer my questions (and there were lots!).The staff made it very easy to take in all of the information and therefore I was able to make great decisions for the renovation I am doing. Highly recommend!

The studio is so aesthetically pleasing and the guys up front are so chill and helpful and did an amazing job retouching our photos. There’s so many different backgrounds to choose from and more than enough time to take photos. Plus the photo booth is a fun time too!

I decided to pop into this showroom the other day as I was in the area doing some shopping for our renovation project. I found that the staff here were attentive, friendly, and above all, very well informed. If you're considering this caliber of appliances - I strongly suggest you stop in for yourself.

We bought Ge monogram appliances and stove failed within first six months. After repairing under warranty same problem (oven not heating) within 9 months use. Ge monogram is not the same since Haier bought them.

Went here for a cooking event and ended up buying Monogram appliances for our condo and parents house! The staff are helpful, the location is beautiful, and the hands on experience really made the choice easy.
