I never write reviews but wow the workers at this Pet Valu have been AMAZING. I placed an order for a cat tree and was called quickly after to say they didn’t have it in stock but would order it, it came in right on time AND they built it for me! Also another time I placed an order and within minutes they were calling to say it was ready for pickup. This is the only place I shop for my cat needs.

Well talk about caring about animals and this is the place . Always happy staff and people's pets to make it even better. Great selection of cloths, cages and lots of pet gifts for occasions. Also there seasonal catnip is the best in the city and all money donated to AVIA . GREAT JOB

Our favourite pet store by far! A great selection of products for all pets. Dave and his staff are wonderful! They provide great customer service and are very knowledgeable! I cannot thank them enough for all their support during our transition with our rescue.

This is a great little location tucked beside a big metro. The staff are always friendly and willing to help right away. Even through all the COVID nonsense my fur babies got the raw food they needed to keep them healthy.Thanks for being there for my pups in a time of pandemic and keeping the professionalism the entire time.
