IRM Sud-Ouest - MRI and Ultrasound Clinic

I went for an echography with IRM Sud-Ouest and was told by the technician the results will be delivered in 7-10 days. It's been 3 weeks and my family doctor still didn't receive the echo report. I called IRM twice already and twice I've been told the same we will look into it today and send it out." They are just unable to keep their 'professional' promise and that's beyond disappointing considering this is a medical matter. The only reason I went to this particular clinic is because they happened to be in the same building as my family doctor...otherwise Biron always delivered my med reports within 48h.(Dec 19th

I did MRI for my daughter 2 month ago. They send the report to hospital quickly but since it was an emergency there actually the report was not seen by anyone.Since I knew that , the day we did MRI, I asked the receptionist to send the report either to family doctor or myself and they did send it by email but it took 2 month for me to get the English report with several follow-ups.The good news is that they view their reviews and its important for them.A nice guy called me today, explained about what has happened and promised to investigate why it took so long time and they will try to make sure others do not face same issue.Their office is clean and they are fast in letting you in, the MRI room also looks clean and comfortable but please make sure you explain clearly what you want.

I received an appointment within 24 hours of requesting one. The staff was extremely organized and professional. I've since recommended this clinic to others who experienced the same level of satisfaction as me. I will definitely be going back whenever need there be.

Got an appointment for my mom within the week for an ultrasound. Professional and courteous service. Daphne ( u/s tech) was great and very patient with my mom. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect for my MRI. The front desk people are gentle and executive. Five minutes wait time! Amazing. MRI Technicians are the best, and the equipment is last generation open MRI with zero claustrophobic feeling. Fast and great service, excellent value.

Dr Benabu helped me soooooooooooo much through the past year.. Had a few cortisone shots, a cyst drained… He even treated my mom for her knee. Very human, confident and knowledgeable doctor. Can’t thank him enough. Big thanks to his assistant Michelle.Also Had a very great experience with the MRI tech for my wrist and very fast appointment.

I went to IRM for a sonography. The receptionist was very courteous. And the sonography technician was a gem! She was kind, compassionate, warm and took time to explain everything to me (I feel stupid for not asking her name). Fantastic experience. Thank you .
