Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Burlington Toronto

I have stayed here a few times now, and I will continue to do so. The breakfast is great, the staff I have encountered were helpful and friendly and the rooms are still fresh and new for a hotel that is just under a year old.I love the little bar area. Spent a few hours there last night with some American guests watching hockey playoffs. Too bad the lights don't dim in the bar area a bit. They were on full bright. It would make the atmosphere in the lounge much better.The coffee/tea station with proper coffeemate milk, not the powdered stuff, is a great thing. A bunch of tea choices for us tea drinkers!My only suggestion would be to go back to glass drink glasses in the rooms and decrease the waste of non biodegradable things like plastic forks, knives, stir sticks, etc. Covid is over, we can do this again. Be a bit more green in that area.Other than that, the beds are comfy, and rooms clean. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel rooms were so modern and big, very comfy, clean, and loved the barn doors.The staff were very kind and welcoming, when passed in hall way they always greeted you and asked if you needed anything. Breakfast area was nice wasnt too busy had enough room to sit and eat. The only downfall for me was the pool, was very shallow even in the deepest end, was pretty small, couldnt even swim. overall had a good experience

We were very happy with our stay here. The hotel is new and beautiful. It's easy access to the highways and downtown, near restaurants and shopping. We stayed for 4 nights as a family and everything about it is great - the staff, free breakfasts for the kids, the pool, our room was a good size. Most importantly, I have extremely high standards for cleanliness, and this hotel is by far one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The beds and pillows are also very comfortable. We will definitely stay here when returning to Burlington.

Best Hampton hotel we stayed in. We booked a Studio 2 queen beds room and it was a perfect arrangement for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and a child). Best floor plan, very spacious. The hotel is pretty new (built in spring 2022), very clean, nice decor, bedding was very nice, comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good compared to many other hotels. We didn’t have time to use pool and gym. Great staff, easy check in/check out. We had a nice quiet stay on Friday and headed to Toronto next day, about an hour drive traffic depending. Will definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

Rooms were great and clean. Hotel staff won't accommodate large groups (hockey team) with multiple room bookings to stay on the same floor. They purposely scattered everyone across different floors. Staff was not friendly towards the kids. Bar was closed early. Location is close to the QEW, but you can't make a left turn out of the hotel to go towards the highway. If you're a hockey team attending a tournament nearby, don't stay here, go somewhere else where they can accommodate the team to be on the same floor.

Brand-new hotel in the Hilton chain. We had a two night stay, check in was quick, Ms. Alexa was very kind and efficient, she also has a very high level of Spanish. As a Diamond we received a reserved spot for our car as well as complimentary snacks. Our corner room was quiet and we had no issues during our stay. I will say the mini-waffles and omelette were above the usual Hilton level, so thank you. Staff were friendly! Nice to see a printer still in use for printing off boarding passes! Also good to see a field with green instead of concrete. Only complaint I have is that there are non-Diamonds parking in our reserved spots. Please look into that! Overall a 5 star stay. From the moment I walked we were made to feel at home. Service was excellent throughout our stay.Layout of hotel room was perfect with hooks for coats, pull out shelves in the bathroom, microwave, fridge and comfortable beds!

My experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington was truly outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it a five-star stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience during their travels. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

This hotel is brand new and wonderfully shiny! My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue I ran into was I couldn't keep the fan on the HVAC unit running constantly, as is my preference to block out noise from the hallway. The fan only came on when the heat came on. Other than that, my stay was great. I was traveling with a friend and we enjoyed our breakfast as well! I will return to this hotel when I'm in the Mississauga area, as it is a short drive to Square One.
