Horrible service. Been calling them everyday...hours gone by, nobody picks up. I'm afraid I'm not gonna get my passport in time before my flight in two weeks

Nobody ever picks up the phone, you can call and wait hours after hours …. I emailed the Embassy …. 2 months and they are still processing a NVR application …. Can I please get a call back? Thanks!

Worst service ever. I have been waiting in line everyday for last few days to speak with someone as I need to sort out my NID for Bangladesh. I just have one question as to if I can show up at the location or I need to send the application in advance? My time has been wasted as they are incompatible to answer a phone call. A government service location should be efficient not incompatible.

We called many times to inquire about visa application which we can’t find in details in website. We put on hold many times and line cut.Waste of time.

I went to Ottawa ' Bangladesh embassy' quite a few times for consular services. My experience reveals that their service could be rated to the highest level. Also the officials including the ambassador were very cordial and helpful beyond my expectations. Excellent professional service from BD high commission Ottawa. I have dealt with embassy officials in many times from emergency passport, NVR to passport and sending deceased person to Dhaka. In my every dealing embassy officials went above and beyond

Great service!!This was my second visit to the embassy. I made an appointment over phone. The operator was really helpful and answered all my questions. On appointment day I was there early. There was no rush and I found all instructions clear. Paid the service fee and completed all the formalities without any issues. The lady was very nice who took my documents.I hope this level of service will become a standard.

Came here about three times in the past couple of years. Every single time we came, they were rude, they operate on their own time and are very inconsiderate. Everything depends on their mood. Not helpful at all, how is it even a ‘consulate’?
