Orillia Natural Gas

Before leaving on vacation, I decided to have Orillia Natural Gas perform a regular inspection as we’ve had furnace failures twice previously while we were away with our old furnace. I even gave myself 3 weeks lead time to arrange an appointment but the Technician arrived 35 minutes after I called. We’ve had courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable employees respond every time we have used the services of Orillia Natural Gas Ltd.

Had a total replacement of an AC system. The 3 technicians showed up when they said they would, & did a great job. The install was neat, the job site cleaned up, & all details well executed.Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending ONG to others.You probably could find cheaper, but in the end, you get what you pay for.

We have used this company three times in the past couple of years. They are very quick, and have always come same day. Service is quick and efficient at a great price. Recently had James, and he was fantastic. Will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service! Tech came as scheduled to look at our gas BBQ as we thought it wasn’t working. No charge as we mis stepped and had our gas lever OFF! Thank you Orillia Natural Gas
