Worst MacDobalds ever. Consistently have gotten stuck waiting in the drive thru for over half an hour with no way out (curb). At this point I don’t even want to order I just want to be able to leave this line.Also I have NEVER seen the second drive thru lane open. It is always closed, which is the exact opposite of their signage , which states that there are ALWAYS 2 lanes open.Twice now I’ve ended up just leaving without even ordering.Do better

This place is really slow to get your meal. Most of the time the fries are a bit soggy, not super crisp. There are often mistakes in our meals. I've seen better McDo.

Normal McDonald's expérience overall, but with really nice staff which is what vary the most in my opinion.Maybe for people with a car the location is more important, but for the rest I think McDonald's applies their standard really well.Anyway, being given tree different breakfast sandwiches for free when they were switching menus.That's why I found the staff of this specific location especially nice.

Honestly they have some of the dumbest people working there. I've ordered a very simple burger from them through Uber many times my receipt is always what I ordered, but somehow they screw it up. Every. Single. Time.For anyone wondering what my order is it's always a double hamburger, no ketchup, no mustard, double pickles and onions. That's it. And they always screw it up. Their main job is to get orders right.

They often ask to wait on the side at the drive-thru as the order is not ready but then forget you exist. I have to end up going inside myself to get the order and by then its cold.What's the point.

Went there yesterday with my family. The staff working there are like zombies and barely speak. They got my order right which is really surprising since theres little to no communication between them. My chicken nuggets were cold and stiff, just like the people working there. Went to the batroom after our disapointing meal and was welcome with an incredible stench. Trash everywhere. Digusting place

Do not use the drive thru at this location.You'll be stranded in the wait line for 20-30 minutes every time.Even if you don't see cars in the cue, don't engage into that drive thru entrance.2 cars or 8 cars, or even alone the shortest time it's taken me is over 20 minutes.

They are understaffed, I felt bad for the manager trying to handle my issue plus other customers. The guy doing the burgers, supposed to wear a mask, had it under his chin. Homeless person sleeping on the benches, police just take him out everyday and not offer a more permanent solution...They need to offer more employees, respite to these employees. They are clearly overworked.

Unbelievable lousy drive thru service ! I ordered a vanilla iced coffee made with milk and a regular coffee with a Splenda and milk. She couldn’t get the order right and kept on repeating “latte”. I really don’t know where that came from. She eventually asked me to come to the first window where I repeated my order. She kept on cutting me off as I repeated my order with a very condescending attitude. I felt I was bothering her, taking her away from something more important than serving a client. All this and guess what, my iced coffee was made with cream !!!!!!!!
