Jenny was excellent in helping me get two orders filled. She promptly called me to tell me my delivery has arrived and put up with my calls over Christmas holidays. I have enjoyed working with her and will be back every time. Her energy is the reason I will be back!

I felt very well taken care of by the staff during every visit I made. Miles was professional and warm, and they were fun and easy to deal with. I left my initial appointment counting the days to when my new glasses came in! They came much faster than I was quoted, which was a delight, and I'm very happy with the service and the products I received. I'm living for my new glasses, and the fancy Maui Jim's I'd been eyeing for ages! Can't wait for the sun to come out so I can make use of them... Thanks Miles and crew!

I must say, the customer service at IRIS was outstanding. I came in with a rather rushed request and they were incredibly accomodating. Jenny in particular went above and beyond to help ensure I got my glasses before I left for my trip. 10/10 recommend!

Incredible service!! I wanted a very specific pair of frames I'd seen on the website, and they were in a store on the mainland. This group ordered them in for a try on, fitted them for my prescription, and wow: this is the first time I've seen so clearly in years! They took their time for the fitting appointment and the try-on appointment to make sure everything was perfect.Every single aspect of doing business with these guys was stress-free, fun, and just a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone - especially if you have a tricky prescription. They got it absolutely right and for a very, very reasonable price. Thanks to Noel and the gang - I won't be back for a couple years, but I will definitely be back. :-)

Difficult ordeal to order contacts. But after multiple mix-ups they were able to provide a temporary solution until my order arrived

I have discovered the hard way that IRIS does not stand behind there product and honour the warranty.

Thank you to Jenny for getting my order for me quicker than expected. There were some issues with the company they order contact lenses from, but she was able to get my order sent, knowing that I had extenuating circumstances where I needed them as soon as possible. I appreciate her going above and beyond for me!
