I was so grateful to discover Anju during a demonstration she was doing at Lifestyles Market on Douglas St. before the Pandemic.Since then, and throughout this unusual time of our lives, Anju has been there for her clients, Tuesday to Friday! I visit her at the little shop every so often to pick up her wonderful organic Ayurvedic salve. It has been a Godsend! I love Ayurveda, which is an ancient, holistic healing system. I try to incorporate Ayurvedic approach into my lifestyle as much as possible. Recently, I visited Anju’s Herbals with body aches and digestive issues. I like her diagnostic approach. Also, I like her natural tinctures, teas and herbal products. I was able to resolve my issues very effectively and safely. I am happy to find her in Victoria and heal myself with safe and natural remedies without hurting myself with side effects. For over 10 years I have been going to see Anju with health issues ranging from sleep disorders, anxiety, headaches, digestive issues to perimenopause symptoms and I have found her Ayurvedic tinctures, supplements and oils have immensely improved and/or healed each and every health issue I have had and greatly improved my general health and mindset. I use some of her tinctures for my children as well. Anju has a vast knowledge of body and mind health and wellness and on top of that she is one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. I think Anju is an Angel!!! The Community of Victoria and Saanich is so blessed to have her, and her wisdom, knowledge, and tinctures! I had seen her sign on Quadra Street a few times driving by in 2021, and thought I must go in sometime. I do love Ayurvedic.:) I booked an hour consultation last year on the spot, after meeting her. I was thoroughly impressed with her insights, in-depth testing, and her beautiful Spirit. I felt I was in safe and comforting hands. I had a few concerns, physically and emotionally at the time. Anju took everything into consideration, for a wholistic package of Healing. She emailed me a lengthy report regarding it all! Wow, I could tell she spent time and effort over it! I have notes to refer back to, which I have done over the months since. I can't say I'm completely better, or have done all Anju recommended - it's been a crazy world out there, with a lot to deal with recently! But I can definitely say I have truly benefitted from following her advice. And so appreciate that I can refer back to all she's written, now, and in the future. And her tinctures - Wow! They are awesome! Of very high standard and lovely essence. I'm fussy with my essential oils.... I would recommend Anju's to everyone!
