Hertz Car Rental - Terrace Airport
The car was clean, and it was nice that they were open on a Saturday. However, I booked a car on expedia, and when I arrived at the counter, the price had doubled due to an inventory issue. I know that I could've declined and left, but not a lot of choices for rental companies that day (only the Hertz counter appeared to be open). Will certainly avoid, or call to confirm next time.

My boss had a wonderful experience with Lori K the Hertz Manager in Terrace B.C. We had a car rental reservation with another company in town and there service was terrible. They did not having a car for us in our proper pick up location. They also wouldn't drive us over to the other location. I needed a car asap He went over to the hertz counter where Lori was exceptional customer service. She had a car Available and ready in 5 minutes. I highly recommend to get rentals from Hertz Terrace B.C. Thanks

After arriving at the airport to a note from the rental place I booked a car with I called Hertz. The manager came in, as they were already closed and made sure I got a vehicle! She didn’t have to, but she did! I know that the next I come to Terrace the only place I will rent a car is through Hertz! That’s what locally owned does. They go above and beyond. Thanks so much! Thanks to you one day I will return to Terrace!

Rented here, great service great vehicle. 4wd Ford Escape was awesome during the winter.
