Rogers

Called multiple times to try and do business while I was away working away from Fredericton. Wanted to look at phones and plans and potentially pick the phone up within the week when I was able to. Nobody would asnwer the phone at all. The voicemail was not setup either (not like there going to be calling back anyways). Definitely very poor service and seems like a very lazy staff that's not interested in doing there jobs at all!

That is the worst service I ever see! Each time with different information if I’m asking about anything! The way of talking is like they doesn’t like them job or doesn’t want to talk much. I have been a long time loyal customer of Ridges. My bundle package ran out now they said I could get the same channels on TV four a little more which was fine, but when we checked we had 20 that we wanted and the rest were all French cartoons and religion. I called them and they said I would have to pay for each channel I want. So now they are out to loss there customers by ripping them off!

Very bad customer service. Don't seem to care that your there or finding anyway to help.

They renovated this store and closed the other so they could fit all the clowns inside one place

The service here was awful. Went in and asked for help with getting new phones. Was told to go to Fido instead. Have been with Rogers for years, so went to Costco and got Rogers phones there.

charged me more than what i agreed to pay ... changed my contract after i signed it and when i went in to the store to try to get it fixed I was refused and told that was what i agreed to pay which wasn't true at all was treated very rudely then 4 of them proceeded to attack me verbally after i refused to accept their answers the 4 of them began speaking in a foreign language and when i asked the to speak english as i couldnt understand what they were saying and they were obviously speaking their language to avoid me understanding what they were saying and when i asked them to speak english the 4 of them began verbally attacking me and calling me a racist ... I've tried everything to get this resolved and to no avail ... there was a time when the service was actually pretty decent but now to say that its pathetic at best is giving them credit ... stay away from these crooks at all costs

I Would not give this Rogers company a star not even one but I am stuck with giving one even I do not want to do so as they are a bunch of vultures all after your money and not respecting customersSadly Rogers so call Canadian customer care has a lot to be desired very poor service from Rogers call centre called 4 times yesterday and was it off all the time from10.30pm to12.15 then when I was finally put through I was told that the department needed was closed !!Today I spent over one hour and a half on hold to speak with a supervisor which never happenedI also called Rogers at the regent mall Fredericton twice today and no call back !!They also play the blame game onto customers for lack of their service and support as well as They are unresponsive to phone callsShame on them ! Who wants this kind of shoddy company Rogers CEO had better spend our money on improving the quality of service provided through their branches and call centres as they stink !Disgusted from Fredericton

Can’t say enough good about my experience today. Gave us superior service and left me happier about switching to Rogers.Need a phone or services, talk to Johnny he knows his stuff.
