No attempt to deliver, even though they marked it as such and then sent it to a shipping centre the next day. How is this courier service? Now to drive 20 minutes to retrieve my package 3 days later once I get the notification. Maddening. Purolator, you need to do better!

Horrible Horrible experience! Paid for shipping only to have a notice left at my door without even ringing my doorbell when I was home the entire day! I tried calling Purolator that same day only to be kept on hold for over an hour before I finally became frustrated and hung up because no one was answering.What was the point of me paying shipping and having my items delivered when now I have to drive and pick it up?!!! This is such an inconvenience for me! If I could give a 0 star rating I would!!!

the hours at the website states:open till 7pm. well, came down around 6:30pm and guess what? dark and closed. why don't you keep with your operating schedules?? and it's supposed to be door to door delivery. not pick up at the store.

FOR AMAZON DELIVERIES: You can request for Amazon not to use Purolator. To do this, go to your Amazon Account, go to past orders and follow prompts on order delivery. Report problem with delivery. Eventually you still start a live chat. Have the customer service specialist record on your profile not to use Purolator. If Purolator won't fix itself, then stop using them.

I have yet to receive a real attempt at contacting me or leaving a notice of delivery attempt. Every other delivery service has gotten my package to me or left me a notice as to its whereabouts but this one. Terrible service

What a joke, they wouldn’t accept my passport in conjunction with a signed lease agreement as proof of address. Literally saying the contract between my landlord and me is not proof I live here. Wake up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They attempted" to deliver my package to my apartment while I was home. Never called me but said they did or knock on my door. They were able to get into my building as they left a note on my mailbox but for some reason couldn't take the elevator up to my suite. I called and asked for a redelivery which the woman was very kind and said no problem. I sat home all day waiting for the package and it never came and now I have to apparently pick it up. I had this same issue at my last address where they claim to call but never do then I have to go pick it up when I've paid for delivery."

Purolator needs to hire better drivers. If I have something being delivered by them I know it won't be coming. They say they attempt a delivery or they say its a wrong address. Every other delivery company can find us & deliver our packages.
