Mid-West Meidl Collision

What can I say that has not already been said. I have been a Honda Saskatoon customer since 2007 and am on my 7th Honda. Mid-West, has in the past done body work and paint on my vehicles. This is the first windshield I have had to have replaced and they, as per the amazing service, went above and beyond. When you arrive to pick-up your car and do not recognize it because they have washed the outside is unexpected and so appreciated. Then I went to load my belongings into the car and see that not only did they wash it, but they vacuumed and wiped down the interior for me. I left with a feeling that they truly care about their customers. This is what customer service is about and I feel that they are way too many business out there that do not get it and could learn from what Mid-West does. Going above and beyond is truly a service that you can not put a price tag on. Thank you so much to the staff and management at Mid-West Meidl Collision, you have made my day in ways you can not imagine. I was so happy when I left I could not wipe the smile from my face. Mid-West knows what it takes to do the right thing and keep their clients for life.

Had a windshield replaced here. Absolutely awesome shop to work with. Everything was easy and seamless from the insurance claim to the excellent work they did with the replacement and the car was washed and cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. Will always go back for any collision related issues in the future!! A+++ Service.

Very good service, staff was very nice. My car was repaired quickly and looks like new.

This is an excellent repair shop. I have used them to fix my Nissan Qashqai 3 times now and they always do high quality work. They text you to coordinate appointment times and dropoff/pickups and detail the whole exterior and interior of my vehicle every time they do work on it. I highly recommend Mid-West Meidl Collision, they are trustworthy and efficient!

Just picked my car from the shop. To say that I am not happy with the service provided to me it say nothing.A job that could have been done in four days was done in nine. What's more, they barely even washed the car, let alone the other repair stores that at least vacuum the inside.Rental vehicle: After returning the vehicle the lady from reception refuses to check the vehicle, is there anything wrong; not even provided me with the signed document confirming that rental vehicle was returned, without damage etc.. Haven’t provided even with rental agreement.??? ;0Personal information could be lost, they make picture of the credit card without asking the permission! Why? What the purpose? Disclosure of personal information?They didn't even offer me to check my car if I was satisfied with the provided work. Really...??But the worst is the way how you are being treated. Guys... we are your customers who pay you for your work, not the other way around.P.S. Save your time and nerves, please omit this repair shop by looking on fake reviews or the “relationship” to Meidl Honda .

Fast and excellent service! Had my windshield replaced here and they did a great job.

Very happy that I got my car fixed at this location, was told it would take up to 7-8 days to finish but it only took them less than 5 days! Also, they cleaned my car inside and out. Amber (receptionist) was very friendly and accommodating.

So I bought a new 2020 car. 2 door dings later. I was not happy. These guys turned my car back to its amazing self again. I am beyond happy with their service. They even cleaned the inside! I mean it was pristine... I really can't thank Midwest collision enough. I recommend them for any Honda vehicles.

Superior service during pandemic times.After a small fender bender on my new car, I called Mid-West on a Friday morning and in the afternoon, I had the damage estimate and a date for repairs. Kenny, who assessed the damage, was like a skilled physician with an excellent bedside manner; he was reassuring and cheered the client. I loved his professionalism.Thanks, too, to Amber who called on the morning of the third day with the good news that my vehicle was ready for pick up. My car, with 2000km, was new again. And it was washed and cleaned inside and out!Fantastic customer relations! I would go back there without hesitation, but of course, I hope I never need to do so.

I recently filed a claim through SGI for repairs on my 2020 Mazda 3 Sport GS, which were subsequently completed by Mid-West Meidl.
