Great place to work. They just started. Everything is brand new, nice setup and lots of space available. I would definitely bring my colleges here next time we do workation in Montreal

For people who start up a business, it is way overpriced and the concept needs to evolve, according to the realistic needs.They must adjust and offer some benefits if they want to charge that much. Being greedy after the Covid era in order to catch up is not a proper ethic way , in my opinion.

It's good in concept, space is improving. But, they need a few more years of polishing. Fairly amateurish operation (I've had to ask multiple times for my deposit back, and now they're charging me money to mail me a check), lots of technical difficulties, lots of noise from construction in the building, nobody really ever seems to have a good idea of what's going on.I'm sure this place will be a great place in a few years. But, for now, it's overpriced for what's actually offered.

This place has great vibes for a workspace. Our company rented a conference room for a day and it was private, quiet and clean. The on site coffee shop is really great too. And also the cutest dog was there and it just made my day
