Very very friendly staff. Stopped in with the kids and they enjoyed what they had here. Lots of information and activities for kids and adults alike. Gift shop had a good selection of cute souvenirs for good prices also. Enjoyed our rainy day stop here. If you are in the area I recommend taking a stop in

Great little spot. Spent some time in there this past week and the staff was very helpful, and gave lots of information about whales, which was definitely appreciated since we were going on a whale watching tour with my son right after. :)Stop by here if you're taking a whale watching tour!

Very cute little musuem! Friendly staff, some cool little displays. It’s tiny so you’re in and out in an 30 mins to an hour, but if you love whales it’s the place for you!

Second time visiting and it's lovely stop while your in the Highlands they are community funded so your ticket price is very much worth it and it's only 5.25 with tax the outside deck is currently closed which has the whale veiwing goggles so if you can donate to get this repaired as quick as possible that would be amazing

The interpretive center was a great little spot for a quick break while driving around the Cabot trail. Learnt some new information about whales and our conservation efforts. Would definitely be a great introduction to a whale sightseeing ride, as there are some available right next door.

Disappointing. I'm sure the museum is great, but I tried to go here with my wife and daughter one rainy morning. We drove 40 minutes from Cheticamp and arrived at 10:15 and the sign on the door said it opens at 10, so we waited around until 10:30 and they still didn't open. So we turned around and went back to Cheticamp, disappointed.

Cute, and informative. Locally owned locally run. Would highly recommend if you have children or are a child at heart.

We arrived for our whale watching tour a bit early, so we decided to go check out the center. There is a $5 admission fee per person (tax included). This is one of those centres that you must read the billboards to obtain all information, there is also a spot where you can listen to different whales sounds, and they also have a life size model of a pilot whale hanging, so you can see how big it is.

Short but inexpensive and really enjoyable. The lady staffing the entrance was super friendly and helpful, this was a nice detour along the way.
