We wanted to extend our stay in Twillingate so we arrived 2 days before our res with another B&B and were very thankful to find a place stay on a busy weekend but would never recommend this place to others. No one on site to greet you... and when they do arrive you are asked to pay up front even before seeing your room. After payment was collected and room was shown that was all we ever saw of the Inn keeper...no local area maps , no suggestions for things to do and see and no suggestions for places to eat... I guess the tattered binder in our room was supposed to suffice for hospitality. Most of the room doors were tight/swelled so it sounded like we were living in a noisy college dorm for the duration of our two night stay. Sadly, the bed was hard and the pillows were old and lumpy. One last thing for the innkeeper if they even bother to read reviews...sweep your floors before guests arrive.

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast. Our suite had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our fridge was stocked with everything for breakfast and homemade bread and jams were part of the package. Daphne provided us with warm blueberry muffins and toutans for breakfast on one our mornings. Laundry facilities we're available on site. Daphne's wonderful husband took us out cod fishing and a tour of area by boat. We were successful and he filleted the cod and we enjoyed a wonderful cod dinner. We were sad leaving as this has been a wonderful stay, surrounded by amazing people. This is truly one of the best places to stay in Twillingate!

A nice B&B in a good location, but we were not made aware until morning that the basement suite does not include breakfast. We would have appreciated advance notice so we could have planned for this, or better yet, booked somewhere else.

When we looked behind the night table to find a plug, the dust in the corner of the room was disgusting, but when we checked another plug behind the TV, we were really annoyed to find a pair of men's underwear thrown there. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. Also, the full hot breakfast consisted of 2 cold cereal, a pkg of instant oatmeal, toast and/or a Costco muffin. We were very disappointed with the accommodation.

The location in Twillingate is like everything in Twillingate close to pretty much everything. We rented the two bedroom basement suite which had a living area, dining area and large kitchen. It was very clean and modern. We loved it. The fridge was stocked with juices, eggs and bacon and fresh home made bread. We had our own entrance and off street parking.

We stayed here at the very end of September, 2019. Our phone and car navigation systems had a hard time finding this place. When asking for directions, it seems that this confusion happens often. The breakfast was not exceptional. Four of us had one slice each of home made bread that had been baked awhile ago. The milk, jelly, and butter had been previously opened and used by others. We made our own coffee, and ate some yogurt and fruit. Dry cereal was available. For a BnB, the first B was ok, but the second B seemed lacking. The sign in the front said No Vacancy" though we had the only car there; so perhaps we were lucky that they even let us stay there. Upon reading other reviews I must have missed the condition that the basement unit didn’t include a hot breakfast. Checked my reservation. Lots of verbage on fiscal issues

Beautiful modern room with private bath and Jacuzzi tub with shower. Delicious traditional Newfoundland breakfast including eggs, toast, baloney and touton - a kind of fried bread dough eaten with molasses. Excellent facility...

Amazing lady made this beautiful home into a nice bed and breakfast, and she serves you amazing homemade breakfast, the rooms are clean and comfy. only issue is Internet speed is only good downstairs and not in the room but that could be blessing in disguise for getting away from internet :)

Excellent location. Called the owner up while visiting iceburgs at Spiller's Cove and she was immediately able to offer us accommodations. We had a nice room with 2 single beds which was perfect. We even had a room with a view which was a surprise.Breakfast was excellent with cereal(one was Gluten free), oatmeal, bagels, toast and coffee or tea. Juice and some desserts were also available. The host was there to make some fresh cinnamon buns and chat with, sharing local knowledge.Definitely would return and share with others looking for accommodations.
