Had an issue with my driver's window on my way across the country. They took my vehicle in first thing without an appointment and fixed it within an hour. They helped me so much and let my dog wait in their waiting room inside. Big thanks and highly recommend!

Recently traded in my car on a pickup at Dingwall,I was Very happy with the whole experience!My sales rep Keisha was super helpful and went out of the her way to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.After the deal was finalized I noticed a couple minor issues with the truck. Even though technically they were no longer responsible, they fixed the issues and gave me a loaner to use.I highly recommend Dingwall Ford if you're purchasing a vehicle or need service work done on your current ride

Amazing customer service! We were at our camp 3 hours away when we noticed car troubles. Arrived in Kenora at 2:30, stopped here to see if the could help. They told us they were booked, but to come back in an hour. They gave our Flex a top to bottom look over and we were on our way. Thank you so much!

Terrible experience with the service dept.I bought a few trucks there over the last 15 years and no problem with that but the device dept. totally sucks.I brought my Ford 150 in to have the engine light checked last week and $450 later nothing was done and the light is still on. The girl at the service desk Andrea was very rude to me when I was asking questions and wanted to talk to the mechanic to get details about what the actual problem was and told me on a subsequent visit when I went there that I didn’t listen. When she couldn’t answer the questions and she admitted she didn’t know, she still wouldn’t let me talk to the mechanic. When I was told that I had to spend $1500 to fix the sensor because I needed a new manifold I said no cancel the alarm and put everything back together. They put everything back together and then when I went to get my truck, they told me they couldn’t cancel the alarm when I went to pick up my truck and that I would have to spend the money again that I had to check the light as well as change the manifold. Oh yeah and they wanted to sell me a new manifold not original manufacturer parts! This is the second time in two years I’ve had terrible service. I brought my truck there last year because my keys were stolen and I had it towed into their parking lot and went and told the girl at the desk and she said the keys would take about 2 to 3 weeks to get, so I went back two weeks later the truck was still in the parking lot and they hadn’t done anything. So the clock started ticking again for another 2 to 3 weeks I was over a month without my truck. I asked them to look at the back brakes in the meantime and they ended up change them all new rotors and new pads and I looked at the rotors after they said they were beyond specs but they looked OK (yes worn), but not that badly and OK to me.Terrible experiences and when I complain about it they do nothing but smirk.

We were recently traveling and a tire blew while traveling just after midnight, on a Saturday. With limited knowledge of changing a tire, we were so thankful Marc stopped and asked if we were okay, which we were, just emotional and frustrated at the moment. He stopped and helped change our tire to the doughnut (still over 21 hours from home, so no way could drive home that way) he recommended a hotel for us to stay at, and he took our tire to see if he could repair it. It was unrepairable, but thankfully we got new tires at Canadian Tire and Marc helped us with information on what we needed, and even changed the tires for us on a Sunday so we could get back home with our 11 year old. Absolutely incredible, so thankful for the help and he even checked to ensure we got all the way home on Monday. I've even said to my hubby, I'd drive the 21 hours just to purchase a car from Ford here just because of the incredible experience.

I was very pleased with the service I've received from Dingwalls. Char went out in the subzero temperatures to show me a model I was interested in last week. I had to make sure I fit" as I'm rather tall.They were still ensuring masks are worn entering the building

Car repairs were STELLAR & very well managed during construction.Staff was cordial and professional.All my dealings with Dingwall Ford have been exemplary and positively impacting.
