Hotel Bon Soleil

I was worried when I saw the reviews on here, but apparently the new owner of the place has made major improvements and our stay was perfect. Very friendly and super accommodating staff. Will definitely be back next time I come to Montréal

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. King Merzat went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

This is one of those airbnbs which is more like a home. The hosts are some of the kindest and most compassionate people who go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is also super great and very well connected by metro. Would recommend if you love connecting with genuine people during your travels.

It was AWESOME!! The owner is amazing! Great customer service. When our room was wrong he gave us an extra one for the same price. The owner has recently started to do renovations on the hotel. The rooms are comfy and welcoming, so was the whole hotel. The owner was very welcoming as well. I highly recommend this hotel, and me and my family are definitely going to stay there again.

When we first entered the place, it was a shocker but got really better eventually, and the 5 star rating goes to the new manager Mirzat, who very recently had taken over the place. He was so very kind and made his best efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible. All you need in a new city is someone willing to help you out when you literally are out of options (it was the long weekend and other places were crazy expensive for nothing good) and Mirzat did a real good job. The building is old for sure but we had a very tidy and spacious room and the common areas were clean as well. The location is very convenient with nice cafe options in walkable distance. It was worth the price in downtown area.Thank you :)

I had a great sleep and the beds were comfy and clean. Ive been a returning customer and there has been lots of improvements. Staff is great. Decent hotel for a decent price. Love it.

Loved the stay at the hotel. It is not a new building, which gives it weathers authentic look (almost like in Emily in Paris). The staff was super friendly, helpful and responsive. Perfect for students or people travelling on a budget!
