My entire life I’ve been buying Ricotta from a supermarket. My friend told me I should try some fresh ricotta from Scardillo... I finally stopped by and bought some.... And IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!! I can’t believe I went this long without knowing how real Ricotta was supposed to taste like... I literally was eating it by the spoonful... I highly recommend everyone to check this place out... Fantastic....

Scardillos ricotta is so delicious, you really can just eat it by the spoonful! Turns out their location has a deli, open mon-wed, morning to early afternoon, where the public can go in and buy their cheeses right where it's made! Don't let its unassuming store front fool you.. very pleasant people inside, and definitely worth the trip! They have about 10 diff cheeses for sale from what I could see. Go try it out, you won't be disappointed. (Use the side door to get to the deli.. otherwise you enter into the office when using the front door).
