Andrew is an impressive sales person. His website, promotional e-mails, blogs and media content taught me a lot about investing in the Toronto condo market. I have been reading all of his articles for a year or two while I was getting all my ducks in a row. Getting prepared for my first investment real estate purchase. Once I had everything in place, I saw one of his e-mails promoting a project that ticked all the boxes I was looking for. I felt so comfortable with the process, I never even spoke to Andrew on the phone. I sent a couple emails and text messages which were responded to immediately. He recommended a mortgage guy and I found a lawyer on line. Everything went really smoothly... a well oiled machine. A lot had changed since my last real estate purchase 15 years ago. One thing I missed, was the traditon of a gift upon closing. (guess I'm old school) Andrew, if you read this, I 'd love an Amazon Echo :). If you are looking for straight answers, honest advice and someone to walk you through the pre-construction condo process, this is your guy.

Andrew has bought us 3 properties (and sold 1) including our first house in 2007. He's a pro, he's plugged into the downtown condo market, and has a great approach. Thanks for all of your help Andrew we're customers for life!

Although he was helpful at times Andrew frequently took client calls for other clients during our business meet up. He was too focussed on making and pushing the sale instead of genuinely helping understand the project. His platinum broker status seems to of got to his head because he has lost the humble nature of a well informed agent. There are many other agents in the city I would rather recommend.
