Industrial Safety Training

After working with Anne for a month to line up forklift training, she cancelled through improper channels 4 days prior to the training. She did not have the fortitude to make the phone call to the person she was working with, but rather sent an email over the long weekend to an associate. Her excuse was that she had more important clients to deliver to.We will not be using this organization again, and we recommend that you do not if you expect commitments made to be kept.

I have used Victoria Industrial Safety Training for my forklift training and re certification for many years. Anne is a great instructor and is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything forklift related. I would highly recommend her as an instructor.

Very unimpressed with the level of professionalism out of this firm. Had a training project set up and instead of contacting our company to let us know they cancelled so we could prepare. She contacted our client directly via email 4 days from the training date.Basically, sorry I got more important clients and I cant help you, but I wasn't going to tell the people that are paying for my services.We will set up our own operation on the Island considering the lack of accountability.
