I went to the Home Depot on Castlemore to buy some work gloves today and I couldn't find them! So, I ask for help and Shelley from the garden center was very helpful. She spent at least 10 mins to help me to find the gloves I saw on their website. Unfortunately, we couldn't find them but Shelley offered me a good discount on another pair of gloves, so, I won't be walking out the store empty handed and disappointed! I am so happy with my purchase and really appreciate her help! Good job Shelley, keep it up, thank you!

Staff at lumber and surrounding aisle would not give me the time of day. I could stand there searching for help all day and they would just ignore me and go about their business. The person who finished cutting wood would just push the lumber towards me, mumble and walks away. When I finally caught the attention of one staff, he would talk while he kept walking away from me. I would not recommend going to that Home Depot if you have questions for any of the staff there.

This is definitely one of the larger home depots in the greater metropolitan Toronto area. They seem very well laid out. Lots of stock and definitely items that haven't seen in some other Home Depots. There are a few other stores in the area that are worthwhile seeing and a few restaurants as well

Come here often. Since the spring they seemed to have hired a bunch of young men (likely students) who are seen throughout the store but mainly the front of the store outside and parking lot. They are not focused at all on their job, walking aimlessly and chatting, overall they make entering the store seem like an obstacle course and do not contribute in any way in making the store easier to shop at.

Great shopping experience from Garden Center and Rental Center ! Don is the one who helped me renting a Drain Cleaner, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional ! ! The Garden Center is so tidy and clean, one Asian guy who wear sunglasses he helped me pick the tree I want, Tanya is the cashier, very sweet and helpful ! Musa and Muhsin they helped me carry the giant Mulberry tree to my car, very pleasant shopping experience! ! Thanks to you all again for your excellent customer service, well done! !

I go here quite often lately and the service is great. I especially would like to point out Abraham’s helpfulness and simplified guidance when it comes to the plumbing section. Great job and thank you!!

Came here twice in a day. Every time I’m here I have to ask for help for so many times and none shows up. The staff were just chilling in the office chatting. I have to go customer service twice to get help still none shows up. Y’all should improve your management for real. Can’t just leave customers standing there forever without getting helped.

Not much stock. Maybe coz of covid. Staff not around much, please hire more during peak times. Hard to find stuff. Cashiers are miserable (lumber area) - pay them more! Self checkout, they’re pretty helpful. Electrical guys are too sarcastic. Plumbing guy is cool.

It was a very bad experience.Last week, I made an appointment with Home Depot's car-hailing service in advance and booked a car for tomorrow. It was not until I received the cancellation email at 8 o'clock this evening. I went to the store to ask why. The staff said that it was not their problem and did not apologize. I called the manager. The manager also said that it was not their problem. He said that the last person who rented the car did not return it, but I booked the car in advance. Why It can be rented. The attitude of the staff and manager is extremely poor throughout the process. Without a word of apology, doesn't Home Depot, a large company, treat customers as people? How are such employees trained?
