Went here for the first time and had my hair cut by Michelle. I haven't been this happy in decades! Not exaggerating. If you're struggling to find a great hairstylist, I highly recommend Fortelli Salon & Spa. Everyone was nice, the atmosphere was great, and Michelle was so helpful, she took the time to show me how to style my hair. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Had my hair done my Samantha and Michelle and I can't say enough good things about these wonderful ladies! Samantha took her time and listened to my concerns and did EXACTLY what I wanted! I'm in love! Michelle did a great job styling my hair and gave me advice on how to take care of it and recommended great hair products. The service was a good quality! I will definitely be coming back!

Fortelli's is the best salon I have gone to. Staff is super friendly and the never disappoint you. I would like to thank Marly for the wonderful work she did on my hair. I love my colour so much and I am receiving so many compliments on it. I know I can always count on her for a colour, cut and blowdry. I would recommend her to anyone. She tells you what she is doing to your hair before she starts and answers all questions. She is amazing and very professional.

The salon was great, the washing and haircut was relaxing, good environment and my stylist listened to what I had wanted and tried her best, the haircut came out okay.

I had a wonderful haircut experience here. They are green so they don’t even have a menu card. I loved this. They took time to understand what was needed, they washed my hair.They cut my hair first about 10 inches when i said I would like to donate it and also helped me with the location to donate. I loved their services and this is the best salon to go to for a great service and a great haircut.

It's an amazing salon. I just say my hair were very dry, frizzy and not at all manageable. Fatima did excellent job she did understand my hair very well. She exactly made it look the way I imagined. The manager was really accommodative and booked my appointment at last moment. I can't express my love enough for this hair cut. Thank you very much Fortelli salon. You will definitely see me every month.

Since this was my first time at Fortelli I was skeptical.I met Marly she put all my doubts at rest.She is simply amazing.She explained for my Asian black hair the process that takes to achieve the end result & i loved the details she gave me and booked an appointment with her.While she did her job she was very nice to me told me what was happening with my hair gave me tips to maintain it too. Of all the salons i went to get my hair coloured this was the best and she nailed the color she committed.I was also served the best cappucino by Emily who was also a sweet heart.I am glad that I have a great hairstylist to go to and my hair is taken care of.Ambience-5 stars.Cleanliness-5 stars.Work-5 stars.Price-5 stars.
