Ray Alterations & Dry cleaners

We had a 60 year old Mission Chair that was in great need of an update. Ray Alterations did such a wonderful job and we are thrilled with the results. They were professional, friendly, fast and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be going to them more often. Wonderful company.

They re-lined my dress coat and used quality materials. The job was perfectly done and service was friendly. I'm very happy with the company and will definitely use them in the future.

Was driving down main street Stouffville and the sign for Ray Alterations caught my eye. I have been looking for a reliable and reasonable place in town to get alterations and sewing jobs done and I am happy to say I have found it!I had purchased material and wanted to get all of my outdoor cushions re done as they were looking very tired. I called and they asked me to bring in the cushions for sizing. They were friendly and very helpful and I was told they would call me for pick up the following week. Well they were way ahead of schedule and I was called only a couple of days later.The covers fit like a glove and I am really happy with the workmanship. The guys were great communicators, professional and efficient! I would highly recommend them if you need any sewing or alterations done. So happy that they are in town!

Ray alterations have great customer service and they tell you how they will fit you're everyday needs and measure everything on how they will do the job I greatly recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs done on suits and place zippers where you need them I give them 5 star ⭐ rating

10/10 experience. Came up from Toronto to buy a suit & I am amazed at the level of knowledge this team has.It is WELL worth the drive. Suit quality , styling and experience is great. They went through material , sizing , tailoring and it felt liek everything was taken care of IN house.Dress shirt quality is superb and the lapels on the suits stand out. Rich material sourced well and VERY well priced.Honestly a wonderful experience. Thanks again to the team for taking the time to go through it all with me.

I’ve done many alterations here, including my husbands suit for our wedding, but what really was amazing was how they cleaned my wedding dress! When I say my dress was black I mean it WAS BLACK!! Plus many other lipstick and wine (!!!) stains on the bodice. After prompt service they cleaned my dress like it was brand new! Highly recommend this place. Professional, well run, and great quality of service.

Amazing place with fantastic customer service. I came with with an abysmally made bridesmaid dress to have it altered and they turned this dress into a sight to behold. Super reliable, quick, easy to communicate with. I was so happy with the results, thank you ^ 100!
