I ordered a pick up when I went in to get the item, the lady behind the counter was great, and the gentleman that brought the order to the front, was nice enough to carry it to my vehicle (So I didn't have too lol). Great sense of humour on the staff

This Canadian tire has a garden centre, a hot dog stand and other extras for the consumer. The store is very clean and they are following covid-19 guidelines. The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. There is ample parking and there is wheelchair parking. The store is also wheelchair accessible. There is a parts and services department and an actual garage for automotive repair. Prices and quality at Canadian Tire are good and reasonable.

I am so incredibly impressed with the help Natalie in customer service provided on an issue I had with a manufacturer and warranty. The entire thing could not have gone smoother on an issue I expected no help from CT with, but took a shot contacting CT anyways. She is an absolute asset to your team. Thank you yet again!!!

This store was in the area I was driving and when I saw it, it reminded me of a couple things I needed. I went in, asked one of the friendly staff if they had what I was looking for. I was able to find them easily and they were even on sale. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Nice big store. Well laid out, no waiting to get in and no line ups. My dog and i are always welcome as he loves to shop. I bring blanket for the bottom of the cart. The best was how great the staff are and very helpful. They will go the extra mile to make your visit a great one.

I had great service today !! Ordered my tires online and booked installation at this location. The two men working at the desk were super friendly ! The store was very organized and clean. I love this location.

Tried to get a replacement lid today for a container. The employee was polite, but wasn't able to help me. I was happy to pay for the lid. I understand it might mean there would be an uneven number of lids on the shelf but ultimately I'm the customer, I have a need, I was happy to pay, the lid/container ration is the store's issue not mine. Why does Canadian Tire even exist if not to serve its customers? In this case the customer definitely didn't come first.
