Fantastic place to have a sit down drink and bite to eat, beautiful interior and ambience. The chai, had the pink chai and karak, and both were excellent! The paratha and roti grilled cheese were great snacks to have a quick bite, and very decent pricing!

Modern decor with authentic taste, I along with my friends stopped at this place after going to the Abbotsford tulip festival. Day was rainy and cold we were craving for good tea and delicious comfort food. Karak Masala tea was absolutely magical, it was exactly what we all were looking for after few hours of walking in cold weather. Food was great too, we ordered puri, chana and halwa, samosa chat, samosa, pani puri and pastries we all loved it and we reordered puri, chana and halwa. Friendly staffs, clean washrooms, modern ambience, delicious food and soul touching chai. A must go place for snacking and tea.

We were driving through Abbotsford today and saw this cafe with beautiful lights hanging inside, so we decided to park the car and take a look. The place was spacious, with two large black and white photos on the wall giving it a very Indian feel. The large floor-to-ceiling windows made the whole place look bright and clean. This was our first time trying so-called Indian street food. We ordered Karak Chaii , Karak Coffee, Karachi bun Kebab, and chicken tikka in nana. I found both the tea and coffee to have a strong aroma, but they were too sweet for me. The bun with spicy egg were tasty and tender, but I couldn't taste any beef flavor in the patty .I thought the best tasting item was the chicken and nana. I’d like to come back and try their sugar free drinks and breakfast next time.

Today a had a pleasure of dining at chaiiwala where me and my friends went to celebrate my birthday . decorations were beautiful . food was top-notch . moreover staff was very accommodating to our needs . overall, we spent almost 1.5 hours at the restaurant and it was fantastic experience .

I recently had the pleasure of organizing a birthday party for one of my friends at Chaiiwala of London, and I have to say, they did an amazing job.The party itself was fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and the decor was lovely. We were treated to delicious chai and a variety of tasty snacks that were perfect for sharing. The staff even brought out a special cake for the birthday boy, complete with candles and a lovely message.

The service we received was good and food was satisfactory. Since we visited around 3 pm, the place wasn't crowded. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, with the exception of the artificial plants, which unfortunately give it cheap appearance.

Chaiiwala is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious street food and amazing chai drinks. As someone who has tried a lot of street food in Vancouver, I was blown away by the quality and taste of the food at Chaiiwala. The prices are so much better here in Abby, and the food is so delicious that it's definitely worth it.The menu at Chaiiwala is packed with flavorful options that are sure to satisfy any cravings you might have. From their signature chai drinks to their mouthwatering street food, every item is bursting with flavor and packed with a punch. I particularly loved their chai drinks, which were perfectly brewed and infused with just the right amount of spices.While some locals might find the prices to be a bit steep for street food, for me, the quality and taste more than make up for the cost. Chaiiwala has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I can't wait to go back again. Overall, I highly recommend Chaiiwala to anyone looking for delicious and authentic street food and amazing chai drinks.

I’m so happy I gave this place a try after seeing mixed reviews. The portions of food and drinks and very much worth it. The prices are reasonable here and everything they served was delicious. The ambiance, decor and 2 story layout are top tier for big city standards, so especially impressive for a small town like Abbotsford!Excellent for studying with plenty of outlets.My favorite drink so far is the Pink Chai, and they offered me a sample before ordering.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They also have an amazing allergen chart for their entire menu so it is very accommodating! (Photo attached).I came from Vancouver and thought it was so delicious I came right back the next day! The staff even remembered me down to the nut allergy!

This place is amazing. The tea was awesome, and so were the savoury and desserts. Tried a bun kebab, chocolate mousse, and was mistakenly given a gulab jamun cheesecake (which they didn’t take payment for in the end), all were pretty good. The decor is nice, and is a good environment for a chat. I’m definitely going back
