Grateful I found Narvis and will be trusting them with any future maintenance required on my vehicle. Remarkable customer service immediately through phone calls and inquiries. Isolated on remote work assignment in Northern Ontario, I have few contacts or connections to ask about a trustworthy, efficient and reasonably priced auto mechanic. Found Narvis through Google review. Once my vehicle was with them, communication was timely, quotes were accurate and services were completed on schedule. They provided a courtesy shuttle and driver which got me to and from accommodation and the airport. Extremely satisfied with their service. Great staff. Friendly, professional and resourceful team. Our van was making horrible noises when we were driving through Nipigon. The guys from Narvi's service dropped everything and took a look at it. They knew it was a big job and weren't able to do it there but they said they would phone ahead to their Thunder Bay location if we wanted. We drove to Thunder Bay and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. A flex plate had to be ordered in and we scheduled the appointment for when it would arrive. They fixed it for when they promised and at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff and I highly recommend them.

Had doctor appointment Thursday at noon. Temperature Wednesday night was to be -49 C. wind chill so thought I better check the car. Nothing. Stone dead. Called Narvi's and was told their service truck was not available and I should call 8:00 am Thursday. Made the call and within 15 minutes serviceman was here and got me going. Drove to Narvi's and they got me in right away and also took me home to wait. At 11:00 AM got a call that driver was on the way to pick me up. Was waiting at the door. 11:05 got a call from one of the ladies from Narvi's who said their driver was busy somewhere else and she would come in her own car and pick me up so I wouldn't miss my appointment. Got to the shop, got my car and got to my appointment at 11:50. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. Highly recommend for any problems with a vehicle.

I was in a Jam! It was -30 outside and I left my windshield wipers on as I parked my car at the gym in the morning. Got in my car and I broke on of the wiper arms when they started going off. I took my car to two places and they didn't look at my windshield and tried to book me in at a later date. I went to Narvi's and when I explained the situation the representative got one of his mechanics out of the back and told him exactly how to fix it. It was done in minutes. Couldn't believe the fast and friendly service, will be taking my car there in the future now!

Best place in town by my opinion. staff is great, pleasant and knowledgeable. they let you feel at home and explain things so you don't have to ask. the work performed is awesome as well and more than reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

They were Amazing they dropped me off and picked me back up the driver is a sweet older gentleman. The guys listened to me and what I thought was wrong and they checked everything and thankfully everything was fine other then a screw in the tire. I am truly grateful to them and for the care they took with my car. I will absolutely bring back my car when and if needed thank you everyone for taking the time to listen and look at it then explained everything so I could understand what they checked and how they checked. It’s appreciated a lot thank you.

Brought my danger ranger in for a much needed brake inspection and turned out it needed a lot of work. It did take longer than anticipated but that was at no fault of the staff, my truck was simply full of surprises. They provided me with a detailed estimate beforehand and only completed the work I approved without being pushy. They contacted me regularly to keep me updated on the progress which was greatly appreciated. They ended up completing all of the necessary work at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and personable. Would definitely go back!

Driving near Nipigon Ontario, on our way to the States, 2 warning lights came on and the cruise control quit on our Sprinter van. Found Narvi’s Auto Service on Google maps and headed there first thing in the morning. Though the shop was swamped and no available times to look at the van, the owner came out when he found out we were just passing through Thunder Bay. He did a quick computer check and found the problem. Nothing to worry about at the time and he sent us happily on our way. I can’t thank him enough as I thought our vacation was over after two days. Thank you Narvi’s for getting us on our way and for the excellent, friendly service
