I am currently using Chad Kozak as my realtor and will continue to use him for my future home sales and purchases. Chad has been very receptive to my families needs regarding what we would want in a home. He has gone above and beyond scheduling and rescheduling home viewings around my crazy work schedule. If you want a real down to earth and easy going honest guy, please use Chad as your realtor.

Writing this for a friend, but my senior friend was tricked into selling there property to someone she really didn't like my friend even asked if what they were signing was final sale which the realtor said no, but obviously that was a lie. There motto is were loyal, but they really just want your money and will say anything including lying to get it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

3 years now since I boughtmy home and still havnt got my 5 dollar prize from Mike Zidar. What a con. I have never felt so screwed over in my life. If your not super knowledgeable about the rules of real estate .....definatly do NOT trust in Century 21 drive. They will snow you over. I actually wrote to Century 21 about a year after....still feeling jaded and still.....have not gotten a response.. nevermind acknowledgement that I may have been taken advantage here.

Talk to Mike Zidar. Very patient, goes above and beyond to make sure his clients understand all the legal jargon. Receptive to questions of any sort, even if he doesn't know the answer he'll point you in the right direction so you can find out. Office space is a pristine, easy to find location. Works tirelessly to maintain a respectful working relationship between buyers and sellers
