It was really hard to find an employee to help me or even greet me, let alone even make eye contact with me. After browsing around for a while trying to find an employee, I gave up. An employee accidentally backed into me and I took my chance to ask what the sale is about that’s being promoted in store . She just looked at me and said “oh everything in the back is on sale, not the coat your holding right now”, and just looked at the item I was going to buy and then back at me condescendingly. At that point I decided to not spend 200$ at a store that’s so unhelpful and straight up rude. Just don’t waste your time shopping in store. I wanted to find some clothes from the aritzia website but, again, employees were unhelpful and seemed “too busy”.

I was in Aritzia at Mayfair mall today and was bringing back some items that were too big for me. When I went into the store I asked them if I could leave the bag at the front of the store while I looked for items to exchange and they were super friendly and took my items while I shopped around. While I was on the floor looking it was very busy (boxing week) but 3 employees still found time to come ask me if I was okay and if I needed any help, it didn't feel pushy because when I said I was fine they moved along. When I came to get in line I had someone actually ask if I found everything and last minute helped me pick out some leggings in the line, took my items so I didn't have to hold them while I waited and placed them on the counter until it was my turn to come up. When I came up to the cash I chatted with 3 lovely girls who helped me make my return and purchase. This was my first time purchasing from Aritzia here and it was such a great experience. The lines were long but they had such a great amount of staff there everything went so fast. Thanks to Holly, Naja and Caeley for your help and chats! Great Gals!

I would really like to say how amazing Samaya (I hope that is how you spell her name) is.I called concierge and they were no help in locating a dress. I called the Mayfair store and Samaya answered and found the dress for me. She even shipped it to my home. She was so pleasant and professional. She really made my day, it’s really difficult to find dresses in bigger sizes so the fact that she took the time to help me find it I am very appreciative.

I don’t normally leave reviews but Mikayla’s service was really great. I was in Victoria for holiday and needed help with a last minute exchange. She was super helpful and friendly and even gave me some recommendations for things to do in Victoria.

Super unprofessional, had a sign outside saying they were hiring so I went in to speak to the hiring manager, she didn't even come out to see me she just gave someone her card to give to me.I then had an interview a week later and it was in the middle of the shopping mall sat next to loads of people which was awkward and super loud.Rebecca the interviewer seemed nice, she said I would most likely have a second interview and she'd be in touch. But I never heard from her again and when I asked for some feedback as I assumed i didn't get the job she just ignored me. Really unprofessional just be up front and honest and say rather than making people wait and wonder. There's a stereotype with aritzia workers and that whole process confirmed that.

The staff are completely checked out. No acknowledgment whatsoever every time I go in. When I lived in Vancouver the locations there were so friendly welcoming and so knowledgeable. Not so much at this location.

Staff are mean and helpless. Manager really need to rethink what girl you want to hire instead of hiring the stereotype. I will never shop at this store. I asked to do a last check as they were final sale. After my check, the tiny tan girl just throw my cloth in the bag and left after saying a “thank you”. And then the other girl next to her said “it’s annoying when they want to check after you have to rip them off”.

Had the BEST experience shopping here on April 4th with Micaila. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me for over an hour , made my experience stress free , and so pleasant . She took the time to actually listen to what I truly needed , why , what I felt comfortable In; and made some great suggestions for me . She was so personable, genuine and it was such a great shopping experience . I’ve been an aritzia customer for a loooong time and this was by far one the the best experiences I have ever had .

My wife had an amazing experience at the Mayfair Aritzia. The girls helped with everything she was looking for. The lounge area was greatly appreciated while I was waiting.

Fantastic service, I appreciate the always helpful Robin and her attention to my style and needs. Aritzia Mayfair is my #1 for clothes shopping in Victoria. Love this store
