Impeccable service.After purchasing 4 pairs of glasses last year; when we received honest recommendations, designer selections, and the utmost of integrity);one of the pairs were damaged earlier this month and without hesitation, an above and beyond resolution was offered and accepted today as soon as we walked in the door.Highly recommend to anyone that prefers to feel confident about their glasses, with the comfort of knowing that the empathy is ALWAYS there.

I had great experience with staff and doctor.Doctor Tracy was very made us comfortable and helped me in calming my nerves as I am always nervous before my eye exam. This was my best experience till date. She is very knowledgeable and informative.

Dr. Tracy Vo is incredibly thorough and takes the time to educate her patients about their unique eye health. Each appointment ends with all my questions answered and the opportunity to follow up for clarification if needed. The recommendations made are based on what I need as a patient, not arbitrary upsales. I am SO thankful to have found Dr. Vo and highly recommend her to anyone needing an eye exam.

I went with my own frame to get prescription lenses fixed. I went to pick up after getting a call. I was asked to wait before another lady showed up n asked me to try, not informing me that they have broken the frame( was actually cut n chipped from front). She forced me to think it was fine n use it like that. However i refused to take that back and asked them to refund me which they did but ignored to be nice or compensate for the frame at all. Or just be nice enough to admitt their mistake. Really disappointed of them try n making people fool. Anyways be careful when u bring ur own frame. Bad customer service. Huge disappointment.
