My husband purchased my engagement ring here and it is absolutely the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. They even helped him pick the size, and I was very lucky because the ring he proposed with was completely perfect in every way and is the ring that I wear every day. We returned with a friend who purchased an engagement ring for his fiancée and everyone in the store was so helpful and excited for him, and her ring is gorgeous too. My friend and I have also been in to have our rings polished and checked up on, which is a service they offer for free for rings purchased there, and once again everyone was so friendly and they even remembered our rings and our men who had purchased them. They came back so sparkly and beautiful and they fixed a loose stone for me. I can’t recommend saatchi & saatchi enough, they have beautiful jewellery and amazing staff.

We dropped in without an appointment as my wife was having trouble with a swollen finger that meant her eternity ring had become too tight and was hurting her. Julio helped straight away and very carefully cut the ring to provide relief. He also advised us on what to do and when for repair and didn’t charge us at all for the time or service. Very kind and professional.

Julio helped me fix up my watch today. It was a pleasure knowing the 34 years of history of this gem of a store on Robson street. Family owned and warm, friendly service. Very happy with the finished product.
