The product may be good, maybe order it and keep these sociopaths in company trucks off the already dangerous roads? Buy from someone else, that will solve the issue. Edit: forgot to mention this pillar of company pride didn't sweep any snow off his vehicle opting instead to have it blow all over traffic behind him, public safety number 1.

Very helpful on getting and returning parts and getting you the right ones

Everytime we order with serial number they screw it up. And do nothing to rectify the issues. Better to pay a bit more and go somewhere else as you will spend just in much having to travel back and forth.

This place is absolutely useless, since the software to diagnose any problem with a John Deere machine is not available to anyone that buys a machine you have to sit back and get robbed by these guys. If you are thinking of buying a piece of equipment like a John Deere first inquire about the tools to diagnose, if they are not available stay away, these guys over time will charge you more over time that you paid for the machine. Keep in mind that a used machine that you have to get these guys to always diagnose becomes almost worthless, so my advice would be to buy a different brand as long as the diagnostic software is available to you, this will save yourself a lot money in the long run.

The staff is nice. When I need to pick up parts, they are never ready and I always have to wait a while even when they have been called in ahead of time

I simply cannot rave enough about the customer service here. Sales Rep Matt has been absolutely extraordinary for us, going above and beyond. Not just trying to land a sale with us, even after we had purchased a couple of machines, he was there for us a drop of a hat to answer any questions we had. We recently had one of our new machines stolen, and Matt was just a text message away on a weekend doing everything he could to not just help locate our machine through the GPS tracking, but going out of his way to help set us up with equipment so that we didnt lose a day of revenue due to stolen equipment. Thank you Brandt and Thank you Matt for going the extra mile for us! You have a customer for life!

Good equipment and service. Only complaint is parts are very expensive compared to another local dealership. Close to $30 more for a pail of oil.

Shipping / receiving staff works well with drivers. Too bad ALL the lowbeds have to drive through the freight loading area. Been in with 10 axle lowbeds and 40 wheelers.

Poorly organized and internally an absolute mess. The most disastrous recruiting process of all time. I can't even imagine the time and resources wasted here. 4 weeks of nonsense and wasted time. The equipment is overpriced and the bathroom smells like eggs.
