I was in the store yesterday and while it is very helpful to have an associate bring items to the fitting room, it meant that I was not able to build an outfit for the suit I was purchasing. I have been dreaming of their watermelon suit, for over a month and after trying on the local competition I came back to this one.While in the store I also feel in love with a black and white polka dot dress, I have no trouble saying I am a size 16-18 plus. What I don't need is an employee telling I don't need to try on a bigger size and how she is going to purchase this dress but in a regular size.""

I desperately needed help with fashion for a conference. I have no sense of fashion and find it all very stressful. Karen was able to pull 3 days outfits and 1 cocktail after speaking with me for a few minutes. I am so thankful and highly recommend for those of you like me who find it all overwhelming. Thank you and excited about the stunning outfits!

The behaviour allowed at this store in regards to clientele is atrocious and unbecoming of a high end boutique, I've never seen customers act so brutish and unkind towards employees. It frankly makes me embarrassed to be seen there and I will be searching for a boutique where a higher level of courtesy and politeness is required of customers; I expect a high class environment from a high class store, not a place where brutes are allowed to harass and belittle employees.

I was looking for a dress for a wedding. I had my heart set on one from the website. I was helped by Sarabjeet aka Sarah. She went above and beyond in customer service. She looked up the dress number and told me there was one in the store. She did not stop searching until she found it. She helped with my accessories, and didn't try to upsell me. When I was at the checkout, I noticed the bottom of the dress was wrinkled. I asked for her recommendation on the best way to get it out. She said she would steam iron it for me! I had shoes that I still to buy, so she told me to go and the dress would be ready when I got back. It was immaculate. I haven't had that kind of customer service ever. She was wonderful!!

My wife has shopped at different Laura's stores for many years. She has always enjoyed them, She didn't find anything on this visit. It's a very large store with lots of room. They have a clearance area at the back.

Prefer the staff at Pickering Town Centre. They are friendly and very helpful. Last two times I was at the Ajax one I have been ignored, not even a hello.
