They were thorough and got the job done with a toddler who hates brushing teeth! I hope the next subsequent visits will have less resistance but I'm very happy with the session

My 3 year old had a very pleasant time at the dentist and he was all smiles throughout the whole procedure. The staff were very kind and helped him understand everything that they were doing.

The work done at Kids Dental in Markham is great. I have no complains at all about the work. MY problem with this office is the office hours. There is no effort made whatsoever to accommodate families , to help parents to not miss work and kids to not miss school. They are closed Saturdays and Sundays. They are closed on PA days, they are closed in the December school break until Jan 9. They are closed every day around 4 pm. This ENSURES that the parent will miss work hours and the kids will miss SCHOOL>No effort whatsoever is made to help patients by having more flexible office hours. The secretaries are very nice, and with a nice smile they are explaining you that they have families too. So employees are accommodated to have very nice work hours, 8:30-4 pm, but the patients come last when it comes to help them with better hours. It does not matter to this office at all that kids miss school in order to get to the short appointment time windows.The cherry on top of my disappointment was that even on PA days they are closed.so, as a patient of this office, you have to fir their work hours, they will not try to help you with appointments evenings, weekends, or PA days.

Best experience ever!!!!!! Liking the online chat service a lot, always answer phone and reply my email fast, calls me for emergency situation even on weekends, very nice doctor and staff!!!!!

My child has had four dental fillings here, and every time the dentist is very good. And dental assistant Sonia is also very helpful to me. When my child doesn't cooperate, she will help me comfort my child and take time to explain the surgery process and answer any questions I ask. Overall, I strongly recommend this dental clinic for anyone who wants dental care.

Took my son to have his first dental checkup. The nurses and dentist were very friendly and explained the entire procedure very clearly.

We just had my daughter's first ever dentist appointment today and I was so happy with the experience. She's 21 months and very skeptical of strangers but our hygienist made sure my daughter was comfortable and was very kind and approachable. We went through some basics to make sure we are brushing properly and doing all we can to support a healthy mouth.The dentist came to check her out as well and was equally as kind and approachable. They really did make it the best possible experience for us.We will keep going back for her checkups and I highly recommend them for any first time dentist visits, especially if your nervous your little one may not do the best in that environment

Kayla and Kim were both amazing. They made my girls feels so comfortable. They were also super informative during our visit. Dr. Zee was also wonderful, and made the overall dental visit pleasant.

everyone was very polite, know how to deal with children. The first visit was a success and I hope the second will be the same.
