We made an appointment here at the last minute during christmastime, because our cat was very seriously ill, and they were very accomodating. I have been to many vets over the years but from now on, whenever possible, I will gladly drive from Edmonton to Gibbons to see this vet. It is clear that he is passionate about the wellbeing of every animal.

Dr. Ramesh is an awesome doctor but what's the use of having a phone number if I can't call in to resqedual my appointment because I woke up with a severe migraine headache and can't go anywhere; I called their phone number and all I keep getting is a stupid busy signal!!!! Just saying maybe you should hang up your phone before you leave the night before

Went in for my sleep disorder results. In and out in 40 mins.Parking lot right beside it.

Dr. Ramesh is all right, but his receptionist is aweful.I arrived on time for the scheduled appointment on July 26. At first, the receptionist asked a few ID questions which made me thing everything was as usual, then she told me the appointment was changed to phone call as the doctor was not in office.The receptionist said a message was left on July 25. When I showed her my incoming call list that doesn't have the clinic phone number, she changed to say it may be July 22. Then I showed her that I have no incoming call from the clinc on July 22 either, she changed to say there were multiple people called, she doesn't know what happened.After I left the clinic, she called my home and telling my family member that the appointment was changed to phone call - that was AFTER I VISIT THE CLINIC!It's the day that Pope's public mass was held, the traffic was really bad. I took time from work, travel all the way to the downtown clinc. All I heard were lies and after lies, not a single appology. Wasted lots of my time, aweful experience, not recommending.

Dr Ramesh is very impersonal, pretentious and seems to see you as a file and not as a person. He told me my diagnosis over the phone, a diagnosis that I was very worried about since it has been an ongoing issue in my family history.At another appointment, he brings me in for 10 minutes, checks my lungs and my heart, says my heart rate is high and that I should go to the ER. I quote, “go to the ER and I’ll see you in a year.” And then began to out loud dictate his notes for my file while I was still in the room. I do not personally recommend him as a doctor.

First of all the clinics there has no free parking for customers. I parked in excess for 10 minutes right away I got a 98$ ticket. #2. It's hard to contact them by phone.. not to be unfair, I give Dr. Ramesh 5*****. She is a very sharp Dr. The front desk nurse is very nice.

Dr Huang and I quote: “Are you telling me how to do MY job?” when I asked if he could please refer me to a place for allergy shots. He refused because “I don’t know where you live” is the weakest excuse I’ve ever heard. It’s on my chart. It’s been very frustrating trying to get medical treatment in a pandemic and he is less than helpful, actually rude and dismissive. I really WOULD like to tell him how to do his job, and he could start by caring even a minuscule amount for patients with mental and physical disabilities and not dismissing us.

There was some confusion about their move date. The receptionist was horribly rude because we were late due to their own mix up. Major lack of professionalism out of her. She was not going to see us even though my grandma waits months and months to see these people. Not impressed.

I came with my friend for an extensive allergy test.. I am super unimpressed with the service provided by Dr. Huang.First of all, my friend has suffered multiple allergic reactions causing anaphylactic shock in the past six months, one sent her to hospital on an ambulance. Aside from full out anaphylactic reactions, she also commonly gets swollen eyes and hives, in general three times a week. She has had allergy tests in the past, and she knew what she was allergic to but there were no answers regarding why else she would be having these reactions so she booked the appointment and was willing to pay the $100 for the full thing. When she called to book, they originally schedule her for half the test, not the full thing, which she was confused about because she was willing to pay more for a THOROUGH test. Anyways that got sorted out, but today when we were there the level of help we got from Dr Huang was annoying low. He didn’t seem to want to help us after when we were going over the results. We had to keep asking more and more questions to get the information from him that he should have told us since he is the doctor. Guidance on how to go forward was limited and he was clearly not in the mood to be a doctor today. I don’t ever expect service from any doctoral professional to be as rude and off putting as what we experienced from Dr. Huang.Also note that they don’t provide allergy medication on site which makes no sense for a medical practice? And also my friend wasn’t told in advance to bring her medication - very unorganized.

Had a scheduled appointment with him. It was suddenly switched to phone appointment a day prior to appointment. Living in Northern alberta I had to take the day off work to make the 3 1/2 hour trip into seeing him. Gave them benefit of the doubt. Waited for my phone appointment next day at 4:45pm. Waited until 6pm.No call from Dr. Ramesh!! Very unprofessional ! Especially considering he requested this appointment!!!
